4 subs not one right they forgot the cheese, tomatoes, salt ,pepper, oil ,vinegar ,and the meat was so minimal and that was just one of the 4 we eat here a lot so hopefully this was just a bad day for them but by the looks of the reviews this seems to be pretty common. We also waited 20 minutes for the first order to have to go back and wait in line again also the lady in front of us was also in there because they messed her order up also

kaitlan not only did an amazing job building the best tasting sub I’ve ever had, it was so well put together, no ingredients fell out when I opened it up-made it much easier to eat and not messy at all. It’s refreshing to see someone care so much about making the customer experience incredible. Well done Kaitlan!!

Ordered online. My card was charged for the item. Went to pick up item and was told it was not available. Also told the could not give me a refund and that they don't deal with online orders like that. Very frustrating and very disappointed.

Drive thru takes at least 15 to 20 minutes to get your order everytime (not once in awhile). If there is more than one car in front of you, its longer than 20 minutes. The sandwich is good but the wait is ridiculous.

Love how your guys app can crash and delete my order while it’s processing so you guys don’t have to make it but you still try to charge me. Feels like theft to me. I know you guys don’t manage or run the app but since there is no help line number to call ill leave my issues on the store i was trying to order from

They were very rude, not paying attention to patrons, made my sandwich incorrectly but charged me for it anyway and when I went back to ask why they did that they refused to correct the sandwich or the charge. I would not recommend this subway to anyone. Go to detroit lakes or fargo or wadena. Anywhere but this one. Of all the subways I have eaten at around the country, I have never been treated so rude.

Someone named Rachel, at this location, threw away my pick up order before I even got to the store to pick it up. Don't do online pick-up, they don't even care.
