Ordered online. My card was charged for the item. Went to pick up item and was told it was not available. Also told the could not give me a refund and that they don't deal with online orders like that. Very frustrating and very disappointed.

Drive thru takes at least 15 to 20 minutes to get your order everytime (not once in awhile). If there is more than one car in front of you, its longer than 20 minutes. The sandwich is good but the wait is ridiculous.

Love how your guys app can crash and delete my order while it’s processing so you guys don’t have to make it but you still try to charge me. Feels like theft to me. I know you guys don’t manage or run the app but since there is no help line number to call ill leave my issues on the store i was trying to order from

They were very rude, not paying attention to patrons, made my sandwich incorrectly but charged me for it anyway and when I went back to ask why they did that they refused to correct the sandwich or the charge. I would not recommend this subway to anyone. Go to detroit lakes or fargo or wadena. Anywhere but this one. Of all the subways I have eaten at around the country, I have never been treated so rude.

I mean what can you say about subway? All subways taste the same. Have used the same ingredients for years. It's really the sandwich artisans that are there to make your day better and make your sandwich that much better. Without loyal subway employees such as the one I have pictured, you wouldn't have near the experience that was offered to me. 10 out of 10 would throw ranch on my subway sandwich again.
