The Brisket flatbread pizza and the pulled pork flatbread are excellent. This year they are making them smaller and the price is less. Cute spot that also offers outdoor dining. A friendly staff completes the great experience!

Went to Lanesboro to do a tube float down the river. We were turned away from two popular spots because we had a dog and a 3 year old. A third spot was closed already (2pm on a Saturday). Saw a poster for Driftless Trading Post at Sylvan Brewing and gave them a call. They set us all up with tubes, including a cooler float for the dog and kids tubes with a closed bottom. We rented a dry box and ordered all the pizzas while we were there. They did a great job of handling our big group. They were fast, friendly, and made our river float dreams come true. We had a fantastic time on the 2 hour float. Would absolutely recommend and come back 1000 times.

Had our lunch here while biking from Whalan to Houston. Dave, the owner had shuttled us from Houston to Whalan in the morning. We had a great chat on the way - he knows a ton about the area and the river. Lunch was tasty pizza and Amish fry pies. Their food is all locally sourced. They have tables inside and out.

We worked with the Driftless Trading Post team to shuttle us and our bikes from Houston to Fountain after riding the Root River State Trail. Great people who are full of local knowledge. Highly recommend working with them!

This was worth the ride from Lanesboro and we can’t wait to come back next summer for tubing and kayaks. A cold beverage and great food as a reward for the trek. Be sure to get a Crush Raspberry Sour beer.

Yummy smoked brisket flatbread pizza and uff da chips. Took Amish hand pie home and have not tried it yet. Great place to get something to eat on the trail in downtown Peterson.

The food was fantastic. We had the salmon fry and it was so good. Came to hear a musician friend and enjoyed our meal and entertainment. Great place- highly recommend!

Love this little shop! Local, fresh, farm to table food! Everything I’ve tried here has been fantastic, but I particularly crave the Reuben panini. The pulled pork Hawaiian flatbread pizza with Hot bacon jam is phenomenal! And now offering frozen pizzas to go. Zach has shuttled my kayak for me for a beautiful late October float down the Root. Highly recommend you stop in for a bite before, during or after your Driftless area adventure! Oh yeah, beer and wine, and local pocket pies available too!
