I wanted a bday cake for myself w/ 2 or 3 times the butter cream on a flat cake. I didn't care what kind of cake, whatever she had already made. I told her it didn't need to be pretty just as much white butter cream as possible! Brittney 100% understood the assignment! Her buttercream is the best I've ever had! The cake was moist & delish too! Less than 24 hrs & I have a beautiful cake piled w/ pretty pink sparkly buttercream!
