Extremely upset with the wait time. Over 1 1/2 hours to get our food. We was okay. Right now not sure if we are coming back. We watched people leave because they didn't get their food or got it to go because they couldn't stay any longer. Maybe you should get rid of your take out and concentrate on your walk in customers. This is the slow time of the year. Not sure how you are going to keep up come summer with all the lake people coming up.

The service was excellent, and our waitress provided timely assistance. We found the Laab delightful. However, the vegetable stir fry had a fishy taste that was unappetizing; even as non-picky eaters, we couldn’t manage more than a single bite. Despite the waitress’s attempt to remove the dish from our bill, the cook declined.

My husband and I ate there for the first time on Valentines eve. The service was wonderful, and the appetizers and entrées were incredible! We eagerly went back 4 days later, tried different items on their menu, and were equally impressed with the wonderful service, and the outstanding food!! ?

The food tastes awesome, but we had a group (which we called a day in advance to let them know) and they took way too long with everything from waiting on us, getting our drinks, etc. The food came out after a long wait and one of our kids' dishes didn't come until about 10 minutes after the others which was an issue for our youngest who felt bad about it.My advice: go (maybe not with a group), get the pad Thai, but be prepared to wait for everything.

whoever set this establishment to 10-20 dollars a person is wrong. me and my boyfriend went together and paid SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS for the food (YES, $75), food was good, staff besides one waitress was good (little tip from service industry, never say it’s your first day for pity points), waitress couldn’t split the bill for me and my boyfriend because she didn’t know the system, but also couldn’t think of asking another staff member to help. my boyfriend ended up paying 5 extra dollars because they couldn’t split it… ’bringing it up to about 80 dollars ?. waitress was lucky i’m a good tipper because i’m a server, another customer would have not left more than 15% for the service. again, the food was good, much better than what else pine city has to offer for asian cuisine :-)

Chef came out personally to ensure quality of food was to our liking, which we loved.The picture that was posted by a un satisfied customer was what made my husband come in, he loved how caramelized the food looked. He loved it, so thank you for posting pic, we did not read the review since we like to make up our own minds and we are very glad we did not read it Definitely going back to try other menu items and would highly recommend.
We have been hearing nothing but great things about this restaurant and were so excited to check it out. We made the trip yesterday, and that was the first and the last time I will be going here. We first arrived and stood at the hostess counter for about 5 minutes to finally be told it was seat yourself. We were given our waters and our menus and our order was taken in a timely manner, but then all we did was wait. We ordered 4 separate appetizers - it took 20 minutes to get one appetizer sent out, another 20 minutes pass and our second appetizer was brought out, another 20 minutes pass and the remaining 2 appetizers and our entrees came out. We ordered the drunken noodles which were extremely burnt and disgusting along with the beef noodle soup which in the description says “Thai version of pho”, this tastes and looks nothing like pho. After we let the waitress know we were unhappy with our food she did not apologize, she took the plate and sent the cook out to confront us. We explained why we were dissatisfied, she deducted the drunken noodles and offered to make us a new plate, but we did not want to wait. There is a lot of room for improvement with this place, but I am so far extremely disappointed and will not be going back. Also, one of the waitresses was very rude and continued to mention to her coworker that she could not help her as she “had to be to Denny’s at 10AM” the next day. The poor young girl working on her own was flustered and left by herself.

This place doesn't miss! The aesthetics are amazing. So beautiful. I had the beef and broccoli noodles, my gf had spring rolls and Boba tea! Everything was delicious. I can't remember the last time I had beef and broccoli noodles that were that good!!! Stop in, enjoy the food, tea, and beautiful atmosphere! You'll be glad you did!

I was there Friday night to try out the new place. Our server Brooke was new still training, but did an amazing job. We had Thai Coffee and the beef stir fry. It was super busy but the food was great and so was the server. Keep up the good work!

Was visiting family last week and they brought me here for dinner and just wow. Food was amazing especially the cream cheese won tons. The presentation was nice. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Our server was new she seemed a little nervous but was very attentive and personable. She did a great job. I think the owners kids were at an adjacent table but they were well behaved and quietly playing on there iPads. Nice to see a family business and not another chain. Thank you for such a wonderful meal and experience. If your in the Pine City are definitely stop by. You wont be diss appointed. Ask for Anastasia she was our server, I hope I remembered correctly ?. Enjoy!
