Went to the Drive thru , Ordered 2 Three piece meals.....When ordering there was a sign saying no crispy chicken sandwiches or macaroni & cheese and no biscuits! Since I ordered 2 Three piece meals which usually come with a biscuit, I asked was their a substitution for the biscuit. The person that helped us says yes you can get a extra side ...so I ordered fries but did not get them . He says the other guy had no business telling me I could have that and says no. Ask for the Manager and he says he is the Manager...ask for his name and says nope see ya! I will not be coming back here no more. And the inside was closed to go talk to anyone!

Have stopped at restaurant in Pine City a few times before and always busy, today was the exemption, but waited a while to get service, tall long haired guy at the window could care less about orders getting out the windows correctly. When I arrive home I called to let them know I was missing one of the sides I ordered and paid for, I live over 30 min away from restaurant so obviously I was not driving an hour round trip to get it. The response I got was “what do you want me to do about it?” I just said , pay attention to customers order’s and just pay it forward to the next customer. Poor customer service. Very disappointed, will not be going back

What should be quick pick up is never quick cuz you can never enter the lobby to pick up your food. You have to sit in the mile long drive thru line. I get staffing issues but this is ridiculous

We were there at 4:40 pm on Wed March 20th, 2024. We ordered the $20 meal deal and we ate in. The biscuits were rock hard...I had to fight to get the honey to come out of the packets. The potatoes and gravy lacked flavor. The chicken was greasy and the Mac and cheese was stuck together to the point that when I stuck it with my fork, the whole contents lifted out of the container. Oh, and when I asked for plates to eat on, I was told they don't have plates! I was offered a lid to a to-go package to eat on. Such a disappointing experience.

Food has gotten more greasy. 20 dallor fill up is a good deal. Had to wait on food this time on drive though. Went in to see what was taking so long. Not very clean inside. Short staff but who isn't now days.
The employees were very pleasant and helpful. Didn’t mind me requesting honey, extra napkins, etc. The store and bathroom were clean though the bathroom floor was a bit slippery but not wet. The food was fine. I had a classic chicken sandwich, fries and biscuit. I would eat here again if in the area.

Looked like a major improvement super clean behind the counter and dining room looks amazing and chicken sandwich... so thick and tasty ....I crave it all the time love love love them...friendly family owned establishment....
