There has been multiple occasions where I have ordered breakfast 30 minutes before 10:30 deadline and the stuff was too incompetent lazy to fulfill so instead they cancelled my order. Each time I have walked in and been waiting for my order only to find out that it has been cancelled. Easily the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to soley due to the staff. Would not recommend to anyone would rather drive the fifteen minutes to hinckley just to support a different one as their staff actually is willing to do their jobs.

Check your bag before you leave. Can't count how many times I have gotten home after picking up a mobile order and there is something missing. Usually it's fries or a hash brown. Last time they forgot 2 McChicken biscuits! Over $5 dollars in food that I didn't receive yet still had to pay for! Everything has gotten so expensive that it's just not worth dealing with their screw ups. Do yourself a favor and stop somewhere else for food.

The workers were very rude, when we asked for sauce we got a snotty attitude answer. My food is never correct and they always always mess up my burger. I have to ask for everything to be cooked fresh or they will send you out cold food. And when you ask for food that’s warm they give you the nastiest look and attitude. And talk to you like you’re stupid. If they weren’t the only mc Donald’s in town I would go somewhere else. This place is ridiculous
