Bread was hard on all the subs. One of the subs was not toasted and it should’ve. Our chicken bacon ranch didn’t even have bacon on it. And our other sub had bacon on it and it wasn’t cooked. Pathetic

3 rd time now in 4 orders that we were missing part of our order! Bread tasted like it was week old dry hard bread all the way through. Sandwiches were slopped together most of the toppings not even in the sandwich.

Picked up sandwiches for the whole family today. Was excited the sweet onion sauce was back. Turns out it's not, they are just still using the bottle that says it and it has sweet onion teriyaki in it. Employee conformed it was sweet onion to me then when I said it was dark made up some excuse of it changes color in the fridge. Whole sandwich is ruined because of it and it's the second time I've been lied to about this. If your employees don't know what the sauce actually is they shouldn't be saying they do! I hate teriyaki and I'm done giving this store chances.

Make sure you check your receipt!!!! Second time this has happened. I was told my total then paid. When I sat down I saw i was charged x2. I said something and they gave me cash back they made it right. Well I sat down in the corner and ate. I watched them over charge 2 more people. The lady waits until they leave and refunds the money in cash and puts it in her pocket. Then the 2 people came back and asked for money back. At that point I packed up and left. LAST TIME I EAT THERE. PAY ATTENTION!!!!

Food was good, though Nathalia i think her name was was rude to both her customers & coworker. I get having a bad day and don’t pay much mind to poor customer service but i just felt bad for that poor girl she was working with.. she was just working and getting yelled at & was very meek and quiet, makes me wonder how she treats her coworkers when customers aren’t present.

Ordered a breakfast sub and changed it to Italian herb and cheese and I got flatbread instead. Ordered online. They also forgot one cookie but luckily I checked. Super disappointed at this subways as they don’t check modifications. This has happened to me twice now ?. Too bad I can’t get refunds through the app. I can’t go back either because I only have a 30 min lunch.

Ordered on app, spec. Instructions were totally disregarded. Didn't do any of them... asked in store when picked up.. did t know anything & was totally ignored.. this order was placed @ 5:12pm wasn't super busy when I picked up. I have worked many year in food service.. very disappointed... will probably avoid this subway in future.. being g a sport trip bus driver included with avoiding....

Showed up to pickup mobile order just to stand there for 20 minutes before my order was done. Get home and my entire order was wrong and missing multiple items. If you want food from here don't order online.

Staff was friendly and the place was clean and the food was good. The soda tasted a little off to me, but my friend said it's because the water is softer than I'm used to. No idea if that's really a thing or not, haha! But it wasn't bad, just sweeter than normal.

Single staffed during peak hours on a nice day. Employee said that the crew left for the day because they were “slow” yet the floors and tables were a mess, things like lids etc low in stock and the cambros were low in stock and a complete mess. I felt bad for the girl trying to handle a long line plus online orders etc. I think she did a great job under pressure. I believe her name was Isabella. This location needs to get better at staffing for peak hours and if they are slow someone should be doing things to help the store operate more smoothly instead of just going home. Topping cambros and/or food prep, sweeping the floor, wiping down tables, it all helps. Attached is a picture of the training module made for employees NOT customers. I find it funny that someone placed this in clear view of customers as if it was promotional material for A.C.T. despite this being an internal training thing for employees.
