Make sure you check your receipt!!!! Second time this has happened. I was told my total then paid. When I sat down I saw i was charged x2. I said something and they gave me cash back they made it right. Well I sat down in the corner and ate. I watched them over charge 2 more people. The lady waits until they leave and refunds the money in cash and puts it in her pocket. Then the 2 people came back and asked for money back. At that point I packed up and left. LAST TIME I EAT THERE....
Staff was friendly and the place was clean and the food was good. The soda tasted a little off to me, but my friend said it's because the water is softer than I'm used to. No idea if that's really a thing or not, haha! But it wasn't bad, just sweeter than normal.
Single staffed during peak hours on a nice day. Employee said that the crew left for the day because they were “slow” yet the floors and tables were a mess, things like lids etc low in stock and the cambros were low in stock and a complete mess. I felt bad for the girl trying to handle a long line plus online orders etc. I think she did a great job under pressure. I believe her name was Isabella.
