Staff was friendly and the place was clean and the food was good. The soda tasted a little off to me, but my friend said it's because the water is softer than I'm used to. No idea if that's really a thing or not, haha! But it wasn't bad, just sweeter than normal.
Single staffed during peak hours on a nice day. Employee said that the crew left for the day because they were “slow” yet the floors and tables were a mess, things like lids etc low in stock and the cambros were low in stock and a complete mess. I felt bad for the girl trying to handle a long line plus online orders etc. I think she did a great job under pressure. I believe her name was Isabella. Great customer service all the way around. I lived the teamwork these two young ladies displayed. Didn't spend too long in line getting our food made. Great work ladies, and management for a great team.
