We waited a good 5 minutes and finally rang the bell at the front twice for someone to come take our order. We then saw a female wearing glasses working between the front and drive thru and when we asked her if there was anyone else working she replied “no” and that was it. There was no acknowledgement no eye contact… nothing. She wasn’t super busy as there was only 1 vehicle in the drive thru and I would have to say this is some of the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. We told her to have a nice day as we were leaving and she still ignored us. We are traveling home to Iowa from vacation.

Been waiting twenty mins at the window on my break and won't even be able to eat the food that I ordered while on my break without being late. I was the only person waiting to be served. Update I just left it too so long.

Standard DQ decor which was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Dropped a $5 bill but didn't notice until the counter person followed me out of building. The service is great and much better than the usual fast food place. Keep up the great work!

Very poor costumer service! I went through the drive through and ordered a 4pc basket. Before I could finish ordering the lady decided I was done ordering and to pull around to the window. When I tried saying something while handing my form of payment she ignored and instructed me to go ahead and wait in front of the building.

One of the worst experiences at a fast food place here. Unbelievable. Yes, I know this isn't upscale dining but I also know it's a hot dog with cheese and chili, So it should be pretty simple, right?
The menu says Chili Cheese dog so I paid for the chili cheese dog. They delivered a chili cheese dog without the cheese.
The mistake is okay but the presentation was very bad - I wouldn't feed this to my cat. The Hot dog was way overcooked and the chili looked like it was from last week.
So I went back very calmly and I said hey can you remake this? A couple of minutes later the manager sends the cookout and says you're going to have to pay extra because you only paid for the chili, not the cheese.
I said well On the menu it says chili cheese why can't you just add the cheese? I mean you delivered something that was non-edible. Maybe you could just put in the cheese. Not a bad business decision.
But instead he said the manager insisted I had to pay. Unbelievable.
It's just the ridiculous standard and decision making of your average retail outlet is absurd.
I know where I'm never going back. It would be this Dairy Queen. Who knows. Maybe all Dairy Queens. I haven't decided.

we stood there for 15 minutes and nobody talked to us we said something and they just looked at us worst experience ever never go there this was the 6th time we wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt cause they were busy but they were just standing there

We arrived super late, minutes before closing. We had ordered our food online before arriving. I was concerned that the workers might be frustrated with our last minute order, because of my experience with other places when they have received our last minute order. I was a little surprised at how nice they were. Food was fresh. Zero Complaints!
