I will no longer eat here. I’ve had three orders where the chicken tasted and smelled rotten. Not kidding, I almost threw up. I’ve been eating here with my husband for over 5 years.
The family appears to yell at each other even with customers standing in sight. It’s very uncomfortable. The kids who they make work there are also rude.
If they read this: please clean the front door. It is full of people’s hand prints and is totally disgusting. The door has remained full of prints and food particles for well over a year. Also, stop parking your family vehicle (Toyota truck) right in front of the door. Customers need to park there. Common sense people!!!

The take out went well for the most part. She took my order right away and as soon as I got there they had my order ready to go. Very quick and simple. Our closest Asian restaurant is in Plainview so this is our second time trying them out and it beats driving 30 min to get into Rochester. Food was literally fantastic. My only complaint that I've noticed just like others have said on here for the reviews is the service. The family that works there seem very distant. I'll say hi and was respectful as much as possible because I know working at a restaurant is hard labor, but something with them seemed so off. They hardly smiled and they're not very social. I'm sure all they want is for you to get your food and leave. I'm not sure what the deal is but at least give a little effort for your customers to smile no matter if you're having a bad day or not. Just a smile helps a ton with bringing more customers in. Even the cashier which I'm assuming was the daughter looked awfully miserable. Overall with that said, when you order just remember that I guess you're just there for the food and that's it. But if you're a social customer don't expect from these guys to make you feel like you're at home or your friends. I'm hoping they improve with their social interactions cause they do have great food.

We were on the way home from the state park when we saw this restaurant and decided to stop for a late lunch. We love Chinese food and this was the best we have ever had! So good and we’d highly recommend! We will definitely be back.
We tried to call to order food and we accidentally mispronounced hunan shrimp as “human” and she hung up on us. Multiple times. Then afterwards when we went into the store to order and get our food, she tried to refuse to accept our money for the order and was being rude, calling us disrespectful. We tried to apologize multiple times and she refused to listen to us. On top of all of that she charged us more than we should’ve been. Do not recommend.

I was very torn on this place. Came in around 7pm, about an hour before closing. We were the only people dining in and as we entered, all I hear is a man yelling in the kitchen, and yelling back from a woman and teenager. I considered leaving but a young girl came out to seat us before I could. We decided to stay and placed our order. Food came very quick and my God, was it amazing. By far the best Chinese food I've ever had. My fiancee loved his as well. So despite the uncomfortable atmosphere, I would go back simply on how much I loved the food. Maybe just order takeout instead?

I tried calling for an order to go, I didn't look at the menu before calling but I know I normally get general chicken. However; when I was asking basic questions, the lady on the phone was yelling at me and obviously being very impatient. I tried to remain calm even though she was incredibly rude as I could barely say anything before she interrupted with more yelling. I ended up not placing an order due to her childish and inappropriate behavior so I cannot say if the food was good or not. Honestly its not worth trying for that kind of hospitality. Thats not how you run a buisness and treating people like that in general is embarrassing. I feel sorry for you.Should I go in and record my experience and post it on here?
