Today's experience was one of many over the last 10 plus years. Today I decided to post a review as ive been noticing the outside of the building and parking lot conditions getting worn down and reflecting its time for improvements again and the difficulty to access this store from highway. The staff in the drive through were good and the small snack i ordered was good and exactly what to expect. Kinda bummed that the Chicken Cashew was no longer on menu. The staff informed me it has been discontinued for years. Looking forward to it returning... All in all: this Arby's location is a good one and I will continue to support with my buisness.

Rihanna is horrible...she's rude, short. Basically yelled NAME after I ordered. Fingers inside of the cup she slammed on the counter...that's rude and a health code violation, and extremely gross. Basically tossed my change at me. No greeting. Absolutely no personality. Made for a unpleasant visit. I ordered a French dip and asked for fork and knife, got 2 knives. Very unfriendly. Very unprofessional. I've worked in retail for many many years and no one I've worked for would tolerate the way she behaved.

If you'd like to know how it would be to have wet cat food on a sandwich, then order the steak sandwich here. They don't make it like this at the other Arby's, but apparently here they do. All sauce and tiny mulched flecks of meat. like creamy friskies. Imagine being super hungry and the next moment being nauseous after you recieve the plymouth Arby's cat food sandwich and then paying more than you wanted to spend because you were super hungry and couldn't wait the 35minutes to get home. blech.

I order the new Angus cheese steak sandwich from this location it was very underwhelming, there was hardly any meat as if they had run out of meat and I got the last batch, however I went to a different location the following day and ordered the same thing it was full of meat just like the commercial, I will probably never return to this location

Had a coupon for 6.99 classic beef n cheddar meal and the person didn't even acknowledge the coupon. Just took it and charged me the full amount. The order was exactly what the coupon specified. Also the coupon wasn't location based.
It’s great since they brought potato cakes back. The orange malt was delicious

I don't go here often enough but I love it. Service is always great, and it feels like a time capsule. I love that the menu always has something fun and new to try.
I went to order through the drive-through, a smokehouse brisket sandwich, and a strawberry lemonade. I was very disappointed in the quality of the sandwich because I had little to no meat and no flavor. I can let go of the food quality and look past it. The issue that is more pressing is the customer service and how terrible it was to the consumer. The older man with the glasses in the drive-through seem to hate his job and take it out on everyone ordering through the drive-through. He also handled the food without cleaning his hands after touching cash. This will be the last time I will ever order from this Arby’s. It’s disappointing because I like what Arby’s has to offer and their menu selection.

Grabbed a late dinner as I skipped lunch due to a appointment that ran really long. Had the sandwich and small fries and just stuck with water as I am trying to eliminate soda and caffeine from my diet. Probably the nicest dining room I've seen for an Arby's in the Twin Cities and everything was clean. Service was fast and professional and food as I would expect from any Arby's.
