Went to get lunch today and got a burger meal and 4 piece chicken nuggets. It took 20 minutes to get the food due to them being short staffed. But I didn’t know I would get super sick at work only 5 hours after eating just 2 of the nuggets I went to bit into the hamburger and spit it out and threw it away due it be totally raw on the inside. But I had already eating the 2 nuggets and knew something would be wrong after seeing the burger like that. And I was right. Food poisoning for the win here 🤢🤮stay away!

I bring a friend here weekly. It is his favorite place. He loves the shakes and it is very clean. The service is fast and very friendly. Lillia is the cook, the food is great. Nor and Josh are both so kind, we really feel they care about quality in everything they manage.This isn't your usual fast food experience. These people are a happy, caring team.

Arby's, slow service and the brisket was not put together well.
Went through the drive through tonight and the staff were so kind and funny. The guy working the drive through window was so positive and polite and funny, and BEYOND KIND!

First time at this Arby's on 55 in Plymouth since Covid since this location went years before they opened up dining room only had drive up open for years looks like a interior replacement too m nu looked bigger but my dad missed the limited time potato cakes they use to have years ago forever so used a coupon for 2 for dine in 2 sandwiches 2 fries 2 drinks for 9.99 plus mozzarella sticks too would go again
Used the drive thru and received excellent customer service and delicious food!

This Arby’s is one of the best in the state. The staff are always in a great mood and friendly. The food seems fresher and the sandwiches are not just slapped together like most fast food joints. I always ordered a specific sandwich turkey, bacon and ranch substitute chicken. This combination is so delicious and the staff never question my order whereas most Arby’s have no clue what to do. I always ring the bell on the way out to show my appreciation for their great work.
They were unable to make a transaction for me due to only having a 100$ bill and a 10 and a handful of 1s my order came out to 23 something and when I arrived i was very politely informed they were unable to make the transaction due to shortage of bills. The manager not sure of his name was able to give me a discount and take off a hefty chunk off the total so i was able to still buy my meal for me and my daughter. I appreciate the hospitality and kind gesture as he said to pay it forward i will make sure i do that. Keep up the great work never been disappointed at this location and im not even much of an arbys fan just happens to be convenient as i work and live very close by. Kindness is very hard to come by but this proves it still does exist!!

This Arby's seems to be having trouble staying available. For a while I would go and I thought it was closing -- just a staffing issue. Then I would go and only the drive through would be open. The other day I thought it was closed. It was 6 pm and all the chairs in the store were turned upside down like they had mopped, but the drive through was open. I ordered and the cashier had trouble making change. When I got home I realized he had shorted me $5.00. I called the Manager and she said she would call me the following day after she had counted the drawer receipts. I had to go back over to the store but she made it right. I will still keep giving this store a chance since the food is always good but ???
