This happened at their Northtown mall location in Blaine/coon rapids. Horrible customer service!!!!! I ordered food today at 12 from the kiosk and had not got my food by 12:30. They had charged my account at this time already. Their phone number doesn't work. I finally got a hold of someone through Facebook call. I was frustrated and told them I had been waiting for 30-40 minutes by now. The owner said she was sorry that her dad was on his way to give us a refund. It would take 20 more minutes. I asked why their store was opened cause there are multiple people waiting for their food and more people trying to order. She again apologized then called me rude, an asshole and a bitch. This is how they treat their customers. She said just wait for her dad. When he finally got there 20 minutes later he said he wasn't going to complete any food orders and that he couldn't give any of us a refund. Horrible service to cuss at customers and call them a bitch for waiting over an hour and losing out on money.

The good the food was somewhat edible. Service was great. That being said it's a one and done. Very expensive for what it is. Tom yum was overly salty and sweet not to mention only half a container full for 13 dollars. Thai fried rice had little to no flavor and was weirdly served with a side of white rice. Egg rolls were good but let's be honest 8 bucks is crazy expensive for 2. Save yourself and find another place.

Curbside takeout was perfectly on time with hot crispy waffle and steaming Benedicts! Delicious flavors, crisp muffin, crab cakes with large crab chunks. Sugar-free syrup and everything as ordered, with freshly squeezed OJ! Restaurant was also very busy but everything seemed seamless. :)

Great restaurant with amazing service, stopped in on 10/89/23, nobody else but me and my group and then boom flow of people came in and everyone got seated right away and got there orders stat! food was great sigh good flavor, a little salty but wow was it delicious.The cranberry cream cheese wontons were a must, the best i’ve had in Plymouth. Will definitely be back

The dumplings were the same quality you might get from the grocery frozen. Only they cost over a dollar each.Ordered delivery.

We just ordered from here for the first time for pickup, and it was the friendliest restaurant experience I've had in over a decade. We ordered the Pad Thai and Lo Mein, and it was top notch. Hands down the best Lo Mein I've ever had. Highly recommend this place. Again, they were very friendly and the food is great.

I get take out from here a lot and the food is great! Don't let the limited in room diners give you the wrong impression. You can eat in as well too. Such a hidden gem. I don't want them to go anywhere
