This Bruegger's Bagels was fast, friendly, and fresh!

Ordered a salmon bagel this morning at 730am. When I went to pull the sandwich out of the bag, the wrapper had dried stuck on food remnants. 🤮 Put in a complaint to Brueggers contact us feedback website- I have yet to hear from them.

fantastic service!

Extremely disappointing service. It wasn’t even busy, yet not a single employee acknowledged us. We stood there for about 5 minutes with no one taking orders or greeting us, so we ended up walking out. This used to be a great neighborhood spot, but ever since the new staff took over, the experience has really gone downhill.

The last 2 times I have gone in a Saturday at 6am the doors have been locked. The first time a manager let me in as I was leaving and today I got there at 6:15 and the door was locked with no staff around. Also I got scolded by a female manager for using a free bagel coupon even though I said I would pay for the cream cheese. Not a good way to treat your customers. The Edina and Blaine locations are much better also Maple Grove.

Edit: I was here last weekend and I was to receive a free bagel with cream cheese. I was charged incorrectly and once again the staff argued with me. I filed a complaint with corporate and have yet to hear back. This will probably be my last time at this location. Actions speak louder than words.

Quality has steadily slipped over the past few years. Here at 7:55 AM (supposed to be open at 6:00) and the doors are shut with no sign.

New team is great!

I have a standing order for bagels every Sunday for my 92 yo mom. We get together with various family member and the bagels are fresh and delicious.

I was waiting to order and took the cashier 5 minutes before even acknowledging me. It was not busy either. And then I had to ask for a receipt. They forgot my hashbrowns and I was all the way home when I realize the hashbrowns were missing.

Hard to really review this location when it's 6:12 a.m. And their doors are still locked. Might want to change your hours And let people know you open when you feel like it. Instead of being ready at 6:00 a.m. some of us actually like to stop and get food before we go to work. Of all the different locations, this is hands down the worst one. If you're in the Wayzata area, I highly recommend that one. UPDATE: They didn't open up until 6:30 and in that time I saw a handful of other customers leave and one other customers that waited the few remaining minutes before they opened informed me that they've been this crappy for the past couple of years there was no explanation of why nor was there an apology. So I got the joy of waiting over 30 minutes for nothing. I ended up ordering and the brisket was cold in the middle.

I am not impressed by the service and look.

This location seems understaffed. The staff are rushed, not friendly, and make mistakes. I feel like I'm an inconvenience while ordering, and two times back-to-back, the sandwich maker forgot my cream cheese.

The store looks outdated. It has handwritten signs taped around. It has the vibe that this location will be closing soon.

The food was good but 2 of the 4 items we ordered were incorrect. There were onlyb2 employees working so the line was too long to wait a second time to have it corrected. I also really dislike the system of ordering at the register first as the place is set up to have orders taken at the bagel line as before.
