Came for a late lunch with my husband and toddler.
Host was super shy. I wonder if it was her first day. She asked if we wanted a kids menu and I said yes. She forgot it, no big deal tho. She also didn't offer a high chair and walked away a little too quickly to ask for one.
Our server was training a new employee which they did fantastic! But there was a couple times our server stopped by our table and ended up looking around for her trainee as she was missing. Lol.
Food was great. We loved it all.

House sampler: nacho was smacking! Onion ring & mozzarella sticks were yummy. && Medium wings.
Traditional wings: Cajun. It was ok. We didn't get a hot kick to it.

We had placed an online order 3 days in advance for pickup to be ready at 5pm. We were given our food only to drive home and only have half of our order. We drove back up to the restaurant and waited 1hr and 30 min for the rest of our order. The team member should have gone over the order with us prior to us walking out the door the first time. This isn’t the first time it’s happened at this location. Very disappointed.

I ordered a cheeseburger and it had enough mustard for 5 cheeseburgers. My fries were cold and my son felt like all the food came from the microwave, but someone didn’t give it enough time. The hubby liked his wings, but we don’t plan on coming back anytime soon. If you don’t mind the overstimulation with the loud music and the 20 screens going on then come on here for cold french fries and lackluster burgers. I think their wings are OK, but there are better places if you would like to eat. The upside was our waitress was attentive and kind.

50 min wait no service , checked 30 mins in to see if we had a waiter and again 50 mins later . No one knew nothing, no manager. This is how restaurants shut down and the people that work there don't have a job what a shame
Stopped in to watch the Rose Bowl. Ordered the Pick 6 deal. The deal is 2 entrees, 2 sides and 2 drinks for $20 (incredible deal). According to our waitress you can’t get Mac n cheese as a side. I say cool I’ll get some curds. Find out later it’s $3 extra which was never mentioned (I’m annoyed). Worst part was after she dropped off our checks, this lady legit disappeared for 15 minutes. Had to get the host to go find her. Lowkey lightweight ridiculous. Food was good tho
