Can't even say we had bad service since we actually had no service at all. We were seated at the end of a row of booths. Many booths filled in after we arrived and the same waitress waited on all but ours. She walked by us several times, never even acknowledging us. After over 20 minutes we noticed a QR code on the table and ordered online. When our drinks finally arrived we told the guy he was the 1st to stop at our table, now well over 30 minutes into our visit. He apologized and said they were slammed (dining room wasn't even half full), still no server stopped by even once. Will never be back!

Great food if you like chicken (duh). They do have alternate options, such as burgers, salads, and chicken sandwiches. There are many different seasonings and sauces, so it's great for a variety of people. There were many appetizers, but more variety overall would help, but what do you expect? You came to a restaurant with 'Wings' in its name. 4.3/5The service was great. The wings came fast, but the rest was 5-9 min after the wings arrived. Quite understandable, though, as they probably make wings every couple of minutes or so, as wings are their specialty. It was quite busy, but I did not feel as if they checked up on us too little.4.5/5The building was quite cramped, but the layout was very easy to understand. The design was appealing, but I feel as if there should have been a bar somewhere.3.4/5Average score: 4.06/5.0 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Parking: Just outside building.Kid-friendliness: Although they do serve alcohol, there is a kids menu, plenty of tv's to keep children entertained, and the layout is easy to understand.Wheelchair accessibility: 2-4 Wheelchair parking spaces closeby.

Upon visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings location on Super Bowl Sunday, I must express my deep disappointment with the overall experience. This review is penned immediately after returning home, reflecting on the myriad issues encountered during our visit.Despite a previous negative encounter, we decided to give this establishment another chance due to commendable management. However, our optimism was quickly dampened as our waitress displayed a lack of attentiveness. Orders were taken leisurely, resulting in cold food upon arrival. Rather than taking responsibility, she shifted blame onto the kitchen staff.Additionally, as someone recovering from surgery, I requested a more comfortable chair, only to be met with resistance from the bartender. Thankfully, the manager swiftly rectified the situation with understanding and efficiency.An attempt to order another drink was thwarted by a premature “last call” announcement, leaving me puzzled and unsatisfied. Despite managerial intervention, the service remained subpar, with plates left uncleared and minimal attention paid to our table.While the management exhibited professionalism and empathy, the same cannot be said for the majority of the staff. Witnessing employees indulging in personal activities while on duty, including laughter, dining, and imbibing, was disheartening.In conclusion, while the management demonstrated commendable conduct, the lack of respect and professionalism displayed by certain employees marred the overall experience. As a patron, I expected better service and a more enjoyable atmosphere. It is my hope that this review serves as constructive feedback for the establishment to improve upon their customer experience and staff accountability.

I ordered boneless wings. My girlfriends food comes out, so thinking mine is right behind so she starts to eat. 15 minutes later mine comes out, it's cold, hard from sitting around and hardly any sauce on them. I went to have dinner together and not at different times I complain and the manager comes out and find out later it's the kitchen manager which is also setting people. Asked if I wanted a new order made and I refused, I paid for my girlfriends food and our drinks it's the right thing to do since she had no problem with her food. I stopped going to BWW for years because of the problem of gold food. So 4 out 5 the last times I have had this issue. If I go back it will be years again. I have had this issue at multiple locations of cold food. Don't worry about sending me a link to make it up to me. You're big business and going to offer a free meal to make it instead of fixing the problems. This company has gone down hill over the years.

I travel to Plymouth MN for business a couple of times a, month and have gone to this BW's several times in the past 2 years. My favorite wings are dry rub and many BW's really skimp on seasoning or just pour it on very dry wings. This location has always given me excellent dry rub wings! The serving staff is also always prompt and efficient. One of the best BW's I've been to.

Waitress never came back once the food was placed, and she’s not even the one who ran the food out. I had to raise my voice to get her attention after 10 minutes of us waiting for her to come back for a to-go box and leave. We placed our order with our phone for dine in. Don’t recommend.

The Best Buffalo Wild Wings service of any BWs I have been too. Kyle was incredible as a server and it was a great atmosphere for Friday Football Feast.

food was really good and food came out quick. only thing i didnt like was that you could not pay at a register, you had to use the qr code on the table. the pay feature MAKES you enter your name, phone number, and card info if u dont have digital wallet. not the fault of the employees though.
