Caribou has jacked their prices so much that they are easily the most expensive coffee shop around - and by a fair amount! They also changed something with their beans so the espressos always taste burnt, regardless of which location.

This Caribou is in the Lunds and Byerly's in Plymouth, MN. It is wonderful. The atmosphere is great, and I frequently work here. I have never had a bad experience at Caribou, and this location may be my favorite.

Their coffees are way better than that other place that starts with an "S". Always smooth, never butter tasting. I will say that I got a piece of lemon poppyseed cake and it was super dry. I don't understand why they hi don't cover at least the breads in Saran wrap. It's always dry.
