I’m new to the Minneapolis area and have stopped by this Caribou Coffee a few times over the past several weeks. On my most recent visit, I was really impressed by the staff, especially Jennel and Abby. Abby took my order with a friendly attitude and great customer service, and when my drink was ready, Jennel had already set out my coffee, half and half, and even a cup of filtered water with no ice — exactly how I like it. It was such a thoughtful gesture and shows the kind of attention and care this team brings to their work. Janelle and Abby are a testament to the quality of staff at this Caribou location. I recommend. ⚜️

I ordered 3 drinks. The person who took the order was pleasant and got my order right. The drinks were all correct and The person who delivered them got me stoppers for the cups and helped me get them in a carrier. It didn't take too long and they were busy at the time.

worst experience ever! the bacon on my bacon egg and cheese bagel was still RAW! and I got the white chocolate espresso shaker and it was wayyyy too sweet and also chunky. i’m very disappointed in this experience as I love caribou :( here’s the bacon I took off of my sandwich

One of my favorite Caribous to visit while in MN! Nice little spot at the end of a strip mall, usually go inside to avoid the drive thru. Good seating and updated interior.

I appreciate the much needed interior update in the lobby. The bathrooms could certainly use some TLC now.
Employees are often more concerned with loudly talking to each other or playing games than greeting the customers. I notice this as a semi regular customer who has experienced this on more than one occasion.
