Caribou's are pretty bland and blah when it comes to coffee shops. And this is just your typical Caribou with the coffee is normal nothing special even if you get a flavored drink. I got a chocolate croissant had no flavor at all. Order took a little bit longer than I thought considering it wasn't anything special.

I consider myself a cafe veteran. I have gone to numerous cafes and ive had so, SO many coffees. But THIS cafe. ive never enjoyed my time at a place more. I wished i could just roll out a sleeping bag and stay. The ambience, the drinks, the service, EVERYTHING was top notch! Once i walked through that door it felt like i entered another realm entirely. I felt happy for the first time in years. My drink was PERFECT, i loved it so so much. The barista, Josie, had done SUCH a good...
Employees are often more concerned with loudly talking to each other or playing games than greeting the customers. I notice this as a semi regular customer who has experienced this on more than one occasion.
