Placed online order and it went through but when we went to pick it up the store was closed. They said they would credit me back what I paid but I did not see it in my app. I paid with my app. So I called and they told me they couldn’t credit me back but would put a free drink on my account. The guy was very nice but I don’t know why they couldn’t cancel my transaction. I had tipped them too!

Everything was great except they did not use my $.10 off and that has happened often at this location. Would be nice when they pull up my perks that the use $.10 off from trivia that’s on there.
