Honestly, I don’t ever write reviews but we haven’t been to a Chili’s in years & we had gift cards so figured why not. The food was great, especially their queso. But our bartender Tyus was absolutely phenomenal. He was so personable & provided great service. We’ll definitely be back to see him.

Definitely a better place since the rebranding. Waitress did her best, impacted by staffing it seems like. She tended to us well. My family loved all the food. Would come again, hopefully things are a little more in order next time though.

The food was good as was the service, although we did have to ask for drink refills a few times. The booth we were seated in felt sunken in and wasn't the most comfortable, but it wasn't awful. The lighting was frustrating as it kept flickering and was annoying and distracting. We all noticed it and took away from the overall dining experience.

UP DATE: unfortunately we had a very bad experience there today. So my 5 star went to one.. My adult Granddaughter brought me to lunch. My Granddaughters food came and mine NEVER did. We watched as other people who came well after us get their food.We asked our waitress 2x who said she would check for us.. After over 45 mins. and of waiting we asked for our check and asked to have my meal taken off. The waitress just really seemed un concerned and said I don't know why they didn't bring it out. We waited and waited again for our bill and it came with all our stuff on it that we never received it. She said she would get a manager. Again waited and waited. When she came to our table she said that she would try to find out that she had no idea why my food was never served. Which was a burger and fries. She did not want to take it off our bill and said that she would have them make it to go. I said why was it never made and she said she really didn't know. I said I do not want it to go as we had every intention of eating lunch together there and I was not going to eat it in the car. We had to literally argue with her to get it taken off the bill because she said she was offering to have them make it for me to go I was very angry at that point and we also were charged for our chips and salsa which were on our app for free because we are on the Chilli's app. No one could figure out out of the three people we talked to including the manager how to take the chips and salsa off even though we presented the app offer upon ordering they said because my granddaughter was paying cash they could not take it off. this used to be our place as family and we frequented this particular Chili's for years and years we will never be going back. As you can see on our bill we were still charged for our chips. Awful management and staff..

Clara was our server and she was on top of things and a hoot. The atmosphere is typical for a chain restaurant and burger and fries were really good. The wicked margaritas were too sweet with very little alcohol.

We had Tyus as our server on a very busy Saturday night, and he was absolutely wonderful. Even though the restaurant was packed and the wait times were long, his kindness and great attitude really made our experience enjoyable. He checked on us often, stayed patient, and made sure everything was perfect. Thank you, Tyus, for the amazing service!

I had an issue with my recent take out order where the restaurant forgot to include the fries. When I called to let them know, the first server (don't want to mention her name) I spoke with was unfortunately rude and dismissive — she questioned whether we made the error and then abruptly hung up, which was frustrating and felt like a waste of time.
However, when I called back, I spoke with Steve, the manager, and the experience completely turned around. Steve was calm, professional, and knew exactly how to de-escalate the situation. He listened, apologized sincerely, took all our information, and told us we would receive a$25 gift card via email. His customer service was excellent and truly appreciated.
Thank you, Steve, for handling the issue the right way. Your professionalism made all the difference.
We had a to go order with a long drive home. The food was still great when we got home. We ordered 2 of the pick 3 appetizers, it was a ton of food. We also ordered a steak with loaded potato and asparagus. They forgot to give us the loaded potato. It was very disappointing, and too far away to have it fixed. Overall, the food was great. It was $63 for the two appetizer meals and the dinner.

It was okay me and my kids and little and big cousins went there it was super packed had to wait in the car for 20 minutes I could say more but a lot of stuff just went bad i don't want to slander or criticize there business but it was below moderate service food okay that's all I'm going to say
