They actually made my Old timer with cheese the way I was asked for it!!!!!!! Medium!!!!! It actually had PINK!!!!!!
The services was great too! Estrella was wonderful. She bugged us just enough! Lmao! 😂. High marks there.

Had a great lunch the other day at the Plymouth location! Wish we had one closer to home but this is the one we prefer when we are in the area. Santiago was a fantastic server and took great care of us! He was very friendly and attentive! My drink was always full! Food was fresh and delicious as always. We love Chili’s!

I’m not sure what’s happened to this specific location, but within the last year or so the quality and management have gone down significantly. I used to have no issues but the last 3-4 times I’ve gotten take out without fail they forget at least one part of my order. No Mac and cheese side, no dressing, no SOMETHING (annoying). Inside, I’ve had a few encounters with the manager where she had been rude. I’m from an outside state and my waitress thought my ID was fake, told the manager, who walked over with a stank attitude saying “someone wants to order drinks??” In a sassy tone. Not cool. I just want my correct order and a pleasant experience.

Chips and salsa are top notch. Unfortunately, the dairy free options are very few. Sometimes it takes a while to be seated and served. Most of the staff that have served us have been great.

Usually we come to Chili's for lunch and it's amazing. This evening I came for dinner. It was very busy. I choose to sit in the bar. The server in the bar was very good but swamped with too many customers. My salad arrived and qas dropped in my table without me having silverware or napkins. The food runner did not care as they just dropped it and ran off. I had to ask for silverware and napkins. I never did get pepper. My smash burger was dropped and the food runner ran away as I was trying to call her back for my ordered side of honey mustard. She really needs some customer service training. I noticed my fries were totally salted when I asked for no salt. My hamburger was not hot or fresh like during lunch time. It also was way to raw inside. I ate some and left the rest. Not sure what was happening there tonight, but it was not good. I'm not sure if we'll be back. If we do it won't be at dinner time.
I placed a Togo order here. I sat right next to the register. Where all the employees where including the ones at the register when I ordered. Instead of bringing my food why would they sit it on a counter for 20 minutes instead of just handing it to me? The employee literally said I’m sorry it’s been sitting there for a while … yall lame as hell

1/10 stars. Ordered 59.00 worth of food. This is what you get with fajitas for 20.00. Look for size comparison of my hand. No lettuce or guac for fajitas? A tablespoon of cheese a sour cream!???
Oh and the 17$ dollar salad, go to Sunshine Factory instead, twice the size. Way better quality too!

The food was really good and the portions were huge! The server was fantastic! She was a rockstar. The only minor issue was trying to figure out the tab on the tablet they have on the tables. It required some intervention by the manager. Highly recommended!
