I ordered food from here didn't get 2 of my sides or my chips and so I called in to get my money back and the girl that answered told me to go online and get a refund. I told her I didn't know how and asked if she could just refund me over the phone. She got a really bad attitude with me was very rude and told me there is nothing she can do to help me. I told her I would like to contact corporate and she hung up on me. I called back 6 or 7 times for them to not answer any of my calls! I never got my money back. I got treated like crap more than once at this place!! They have horrible customer service and i reccomend don't tip ahead of time. I literally got stolen from by these people. They wouldn't answer my calls or even try to help me get my money back! Anyone know how to contact corporate?? I still want my $ back. Also it's online ordering only!! They could at least advertise that to people. You call for help they don't even try to help you. Also my side of rice with my quesadilla was so tiny. Literally jist a basic spoonful.

Honestly, I don’t know why I try anymore with this location. Every single time I order, the food is horrible. Today, we ordered takeout burrito, bowls, and instead of Carnitas, I received steak. This mistake would be fine, but the steak was absolutely so nasty. If I closed my eyes and tried a piece of it, I could not tell you what kind of meat it is. Then, I look over and my brother is picking two different hairs out of his mouth that were found in his bowl! This chipotle location has been terrible for years and if they put a different burrito spot in the city center, it would be so over for this location.

Was delivered, and we discovered it was right name on bag but wrong food.
It took over 45 minutes to get a hold of the store.
An hour after we ordered we finally got our food.
Totally disappointed.

Phenomenal service! I was missing a burrito with my order, so headed back over to see if they would just remake it for me. Jake(the manager) not only remade my food, but he also offered another burrito on top of my order, and drinks with our meals. Jake is the perfect representative for great customer service. Deserves a raise!

Staff was nice enough. Chipotle is so hit or miss. I got a steak bowl and it was a miss, I had at least 6 pieces of steak that were so chewy/gristly that I just couldn't eat them. For 15 bucks for a meal, it's a gamble I probably won't take anymore.

Somebody else paid and delivered my meal, and I still want there to be less than 1 star. How do you forget rice? And where did the rest of my portion of meat go? I got served a watery bowl of tomato water and beans. I suspended my belief that this Chipotle was always going to be a bad experience, only to be disappointed in a free meal. There is no way my bowl wasn't made by somebody with a shred of care. It must be a terrible place to work. I don't want a refund or comped future meal. Just close. Give another restaurant a chance here.
