Almost every time I come here something is wrong. I’ve tried to email (as suggested, and something I really only do if I’m missing a significant portion of my food) and never hear back. It is fast but at the cost of accuracy 🤷♀️

Went to Culver's yesterday for the last time. I ordered a Strawberry Fields Salad, Flavor of the day, 4 piece tender meal with a root beer. They gave me #166. I didn't get my 4 piece meal or soda but they gave me all my other food. I walked in and spoke with someone and he said I can offer you the soda but other than that I'm sorry. I said NO THANK YOU. I have soda at home but you lost me for good.

I have eaten at this Culver's before. I always order the same thing: chicken cashew salad with blue cheese dressing and a small order of cheese curds. The salads are inconsistent. One time I ordered a salad and it was the lamest excuse for a salad I'd ever seen and apparently I had forgotten that when I went back and ordered the same salad a few weeks later. Fortunately, the second time the salad was a hearty salad, as you would expect from a Culvers. It had fabulous chicken on it. Lots of cashews the dressing was tasty. I enjoyed it.

I ordered the Double Deluxe Burger with grilled onions, mushrooms, and cheddar cheese. Unfortunately, they added bacon to my sandwich, which I did not request — and I do not eat bacon for religious reasons. This was very disappointing and showed a lack of attention to special instructions. The burgers lacked seasoning and it definitely needed more salt. Fries were hot and crispy, which I appreciated, but no ketchup or other sauces were included in the order, which made the meal feel incomplete.On the positive side, the order was prepared quickly ,but it came at the cost of accuracy and quality. Overall, my experience with this online order was not satisfying. I hope the staff pays more attention to the orders!

Love the butter burgers. Custard is amazing as well.
When the ice cream brought to our table, it’s half melt!!! Why? Cause the server scooped the ice cream first, and then let it stand for good 5 minutes while the hot food to be cooked… A subpar Culver’s restaurant.

First time at this location, near my work. Ordered ahead in the app, our food was ready right on time, hot and fresh, everything tasted great!! Kids meals are a steal, plenty of food, plus a perfectly portioned scoop of custard. The rest of Culver's seems expensive compared to most fast food places, and the app doesn't do great deals like most other places, but that's a general Culver's complaint, nothing bad about this particular location.
