I like Culver’s and go often but every time I stop at this location the customer service isn’t the best. I can’t get lots of refills, and when I got a free scoop of ice cream for the survey on the receipt, first the guy said I need the whole receipt when a part was torn, so I came back and got it, and then the guy said so can’t get a Vanilla and one topping. 😩 Brother he then gives me a little scoop and with bare vanilla ice cream and it’s like half a scoop for like it is a dang sample.

Culver’s overall is always known for hospitality, and we have visited many Culver’s restaurants with our family of 6. This was one of the best experiences we’ve had yet in terms of service, friendliness and having our order served to us correctly. We will definitely add this to our stops on future road trips.

This culver’s use to be one of the better ones. But lately it’s gone downhill. Three times now they’ve forgotten items I’ve ordered. And just tonight there’s was hair in my burger. Which was disgusting.

Who can live without a lemon ice smoothie? Not this girl. If you're a fan of frozen lemonade, raspberries and a touch of vanilla custard, then you're in luck. Unfortunately, this delectable treat is only offered from memorial day through labor day.

It is always hard to explain people here what we really want due to some non English speaking worker and also they get frustrated. I honestly doesn’t know how can you hire people if they simply not able to communicate like basic English. We were just asking for an empty cup it took around 10 mins to explain them. Very disappointed
Culvers Golden Valley charges more for a frozen lemonade then any other Culvers. Plus, they only offer size medium which is more expensive then Other Culvers.
