Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This location is the WORST Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The three or four time my husband and I have gotten food from here the food is never what we ordered, my fries have been raw multiple times, and the staff is always messing around (we can see them through the drive through messing with each other). If I could give negative stars, I would in a heartbeat🤮

Every single time I go to this location it's a horrible and unacceptable experience. This time was probably the worst. Ordered just fine, got parked for like 20 minutes, food was mostly warm when I got it. Took it home and the chicken tender basket I ordered was tossed BBQ when I ordered tossed Sweet Chill. I was very excited to try the new product. Guess I just won't 🤷🏽‍ I wasn't the only one who had a bad experience either. I saw two other customers storm off from here as well.

Ive been standjng in line for a long time and the crew seems to be doing nothing. I dont understand how theres still buisness. If i wasent grabbing an uber i would definitly drive 15 min out the way to get better service

Stopped in to buy a treat for a friend. Service was prompt and courteous. Atmosphere outside was disappointing as there was a smoker enjoying a cigarette, but the smoke sent was thick when entered and exited...yuk!

I hate to pile on given the numerous bad reviews already but I agree with the sentiment that this particular DQ location struggles with adequate staffing, customer service, speed and quality. I live nearby so this had been our go-to location but it's incredibly hit or miss. After an exceptionally bad experience of trying to eat inside and waiting 45+ min for ice cream (with only three people in front of us) we swore off eating inside. I will say I had a perfect pumpkin pie blizzard there this September, but when I brought my family back the following week, all four of our blizzards were handed to us already melted and with the mix-ins just sunk in the bottom of the cup. I've literally had shakes that were more solid than these blizzards. With it being the drive-true, we had already exited the line before it was noticed. It's unfortunate because this is the only DQ in town but isn't up to the standards that you would expect.

We were the only people in the restaurant and ordered two blizzards. Both were made liquify and the wrong consistency. My chocolate brownie extreme also was made incorrectly and was missing ingredients. Don’t go here.

A blast from the past cuz my kids used to work here when they were in high school lol. Now that I have moved back about less than 5 Mi away I thought I try it. The service was fast the blizzard was amazing parking lot was clean I would certainly be back. PS that's a pumpkin pie Blizzard and I highly recommend it

This location used to be good--fast with consistently good food. The past year, it's turned into a very slow, apathetic place where the employees don't care for their turnaround times, food quality, or cleanliness. Everytime I'm here it takes 15+ minutes to get my food not counting the time it takes to order, I always have to pull off to the side, and sometimes I have to go inside to ask for my order that I asked and paid for in the drive thru. Everytime I'm inside there is no sense of urgency. The staff are meandering around, giving people irritated looks while doing almost nothing to speed things along. There are often long lines, too. It's not a welcoming place and the staff seems they couldn't care less about being there.

Extremely disgusted and disappointed with tonight’s service came to the local dq to celebrate the first sale of my baby boys baseball bat business we ordered fries pretzels and two blizzards whilst i thought the service was nice they made us pull up through the drive through to wait for our food while waiting for what felt like years we received our food and to say the bad smell came immediately is an understatement it smelled like my husband erecting after a no nut november fast i dipped my hand in the bag to grab out a pretzel and bam i touched it someone’s cum in a container as sauce it now made sense why they’d taken so long they erected in my pretzels and probably were getting off again thinking of me eating it, disappointing, sad, embarrassing. luckily i was starved and ate around it

So, I dread going here. The staff seem lacking in care or training. The food is meh, the soft serve seems fine.

It's great for an 🍨 🍦 cream treat with a coupon

Chicken 🐔 strips tast average and small.

Every single time we come here it’s the same thing. Employees are kicking boxes, swearing with kids around, fighting with one another, never staffed appropriately-we’ve waited 20+ minutes to order in line. Can’t stress how poor of a DQ this is-ownership owns too many and doesn’t care. Such a bummer.

We had a special announcement custom cake made and the cake decorator did an amazing job. We literally just wrote down what we wanted it to say and they made it beautiful.

One negative: this store never answers the phone. I called three different times on 3 different days and they never picked up the phone. I had to drive to the store to ask the questions I wanted to ask.

By the worst food I had at a dairy Queen. Service was great. It was quiet so I loved it, I don't like a lot of people around when I'm eating.
