This has to be by far the worst Domino’s in all of Minnesota the management is absolutely poor and the team on Sunday night that they had tonight is absolutely the most unprofessional the most unsanitary, the most rudest, and the most disrespectful team I have ever come across. This Domino’s should honestly be shut down. It is always dirty. It is always disgusting. The food is never prepared right and they cannot seem to ever get the orders correctly. It is absolutely sad that the community of Plymouth who have been Funding This Domino’s to stay alive gets treated with such poor customer service and to be told by an employee who works there because they don’t know how to greet when somebody is standing at the counter that we have to see their side or be on the other side of the counter is extremely rude. When you choose to work in this profession, your job is to make food for the customers that keep your doors open. Honestly, I believe wholeheartedly that the city appointment Should not support or buy from this Domino’s whatsoever. This is a poorly ran, and a poorly display of what customer service looks like and feels like. I highly recommend everybody in the city Plymouth to honestly give your money and your orders to the Domino’s Pizza off of Vicksburg, where customer service is top-notch. It is absolutely sad that this dominoes is still in business and it’s even more sad that customer service from this location, considering the area of which serves is not being more respected. Please close your doors and each one of you need to look for a new job especially the team that was there Sunday night at 9 PM on Sunday February 16th. From the Hispanic delivery driver to the taller Caucasian gentleman that was working on Boxing pizzas up to the manager that was too busy to speak to me about my order spending $80 tonight and not being greeted when I walked in and had to stand there for an additional One minute and to be talked to the way that I talk to was outright just rude and as a person that works for the city of Plymouth, I will do everything in my power to let all members that I know in all businesses know not to order from this location please just shut your doors.

Very bad service. Wrong order and no receipt in the order . Should get receipt every single order . I asked for it and the day came to the store. Which is there responsibility to put the receipt in the order.

I ordered a large thin crust pizza last night, and not only was it luke warm, but it was so dried out, I don't think they used any sauce on it. I knew I shouldn't have ordered from here. Broadway Pizza is so so much better. If I'm going to spend $32 for a pizza, it best be worth it. This one was not.

This the second time they pretended to come deliver my pizza !!!! Like you have clear instructions also the buzzer number!!!! They never buzzed up and literally was down stairs In one min !!! He got back to the store before I got back to my apt that’s how fast he drove or he just never showed up ! Poooor service

This place and its employees are really terrible. Since this is the closest Domino's from my place, I would order from here often. Delivery orders as well as Takeout orders will always have missing items. When asked for a refund, they would just talk rudely with you. They would always charge me for small items like Garlic dips but would never deliver. I have raised complaints to Domino's multiple times in the past 2 years but never received a refund, nor any compensation for their mistake.
I had stopped ordering from this place in the last 2 years but then recently I placed an order thinking they might have made their service better. No surprise, it's ALL the SAME!! My pizza had pineapple pieces on top of it even though I did not order pineapple. My 2 garlic dips were missing.

I placed an order jalapenos and pineapple chicken, received burnt. I called in & a gentleman with the name Rosevelt was so unprofessional. He pretty much denied that it could have been burnt. So disappointed with the service after a 5 min, he just left me on mute and never responded back. Then I spoke to the manager billy, equally disappointing. However I would highly suggest everyone to check your food before you leave the store

Long, brown hair in my Feta bread, called the store and they just could not articulate customer service, didn’t want a return just gave them a heads up, didn’t articulate the hard pass, now I want a FULL refund!
Order pizza and wings a couple weeks ago now and never received my order. By the time I realized they weren’t coming considering that I ordered around 1130 pm and they close at midnight they were closed. So I called the next day to explain what happened and the female “ manager” was extremely rude. I didn’t even give them attitude and she started off rude when I was trying to explain what happen. She said she’d put it in for a cancelled order and I’ll get $25 back even tho I paid more than 30 including tip. Still haven’t seen that money. Will never ever order from them again and I used to order once a week. BE AWARE !!!!!!
They made me pay 1 each for sauce I ordered online and the guy looked like he was mad some reason the other employees were nice except one guy I had to pay 2 dollars for sauce if I got the sauce online and they only gave me blue cheese instead of ranch

Ordered online. When I arrived the pizza had not even been put in the oven even though it had been a while after ordering. The service was slow. The pizza was nice and tasted the same as usual. The cheese tasted so good like always. At least I can get good pizza for a cheap price.
