I picked up some pizza for my work. I ate the large pizza with 2 of my coworkers. Later in the day they had the stomach flu. That is obviously not good. Now my stomach hurts......

I ordered a free pizza at work, both me and my coworker were busy handling the only two customers in the store. It took less than 30 seconds to finish the transaction so I could grab my pizza. The delivery called out my name loudly, I said in response “one moment”. The delivery driver said my name out loud again ignoring me, he then proceeded to open the door and try to leave without receiving his tip, dropping the pizza over the counter. I always tip cash, I’ve delivered for Domino’s and other food delivery businesses, I know how hard it can be and frustrating. I have always been respectful regardless of getting a tip or not.
I feel I was treated rudely because the driver assumed I would not tip. I don’t regret giving him $5 cash, because I always tip no matter what, but I do hope he will do better in the future.

Worst dominos franchise I have had an experience with. We have ordered from them twice and both times have taken an hour and a half or more to get our food. The food that arrived was poorly prepared and overcooked. The pizzas didn’t have even distribution of toppings, over cooked sections, spots with big dough sections, etc. the chicken side had burn cheese and over heated cheese everywhere else with soggy chicken breading.

2 bad experiences 2 times in a row. First time they tried charging me twice for my drinks. Both times crust was funky. Will NEVER go to this location again. Staff here are inept. . By the way the pictures that I'm uploading the crust isn't smashed. It's all hard and taste funny like it's expired or something.

This is my main Domino’s location. Every time I place an order online, it is ready on time and tastes delicious. The staff are friendly when I pick up the order as well. Some advice: place your orders on the app and use a coupon to save a lot of money :D

I had a delivery tonight and it may have taken a bit longer,but my food was still warm and the delivery driver Marques was very professional and apologetic which was very nice and not long after eating I got an email stating the store was sorry that the delivery wasn't up to par. And honestly that's amazing customer service. I was in the pizza scene in both kitchen staff,delivery and management and seeing great customer service like that isn't seen much anymore let alone recognized anymore. So thank you to the Vicksburg dominos team for caring so much and for a great friday night dinner.<3
