Dunking has some of the best donuts... except during seasonal times. Hopefully yall stop putting those nasty hard crunchy sprinkles on the donuts for the 4th of July and Christmas. Can't tell you how much it kills the joy of the donut.
My 6 year old nephew who's obsessed with these donuts couldn't even chew they were so hard. Ended up throwing away 4 of the 6 donuts.

I always go to this dunkin usually it’s pretty good but lately it hasn’t been! The past 3 times the cup is filled to the BRIM with ice. I go to dunkin for the coffee NOT the ice! Also I got dunkin today and both of the coffees we got were BURNT! Plus we got munchkins and they were stale 😬 and plus I got them at 11am they shouldn’t be stale this early :( sorry dunkin I love ya but come on!

Just was through the drive thru and had an interaction with the manager. She was so great! Super personable, excited about their new offerings and made my day. Interactions like that go a long way and she should be recognized for her awesome service. Thank you!

This place is horrible, they always get my order wrong. Just go to Starbucks across the street. Got 3 egg and cheese wraps and they didn’t put the cheese in and the egg was outside the wrap. 🤦🏻♂️can’t be that hard but it is for them.

The staff at this location are phenomenal! At a time when customer service is often lacking the staff here go above and beyond! They go out of their way to be kind, courteous , and respectful! The store was well stocked, clean, and efficient. This is our new favorite breakfast stop!

Ask for little ice they fill the cup total waste of $6!!! Every other dunkin puts less ice but this one!!!! Way to ruin someone's day!!! They literally filled whole cup with ice barely got a drink!
Calling out order numbers would fix a lot of things about this place. Waited 20 min for a drink to be redone that wasn't announced it was done and it was still wrong.

Store apparently opened 2.5 hours late and had a “technical issue”. I was told it’d be 30 min to make my iced coffee. Didn’t have time to wait as I had to be at work. Not the greatest experience with this location - wrong orders, takes forever and apparently things take 30 min to make at Dunkin’
Placed an order on Monday morning and had to wait about 20 minutes and finally ended up leavinh without the food. There were a lot of us waiting and couple of them left. The employees not even once up and asked why we are all waiting.
The system was showing that my order was ready and it was not ready. This is not the first time I had this experience in this store. I would stay from this store if in rush.
Don’t go inside for food!
(1) we waited 30 minutes for our order and the manager said they were backed up to three people. However, there was a steady stream of cars that didn’t stop in the drive through. So clearly they just prioritize the drive in.
(2) our cooked food was not hot. So it wasn’t prepared and handed to us, it sat.
So lesson there is just use the drive thru. They are not apologetic for ignoring indoor customers.

I was at Dunkin 8.22.25 Ordered wheat bagel and got white, ordered medium coffee with cream and got no cream.
Didn't have any croulers! Very disappointed.

Employees are nice but the order is completely wrong time and time again. My mom and me stop by the Dunkin and almost every single time the food order or drink order is wrong. I’m a manager at a Dunkin at another location so i know this is the kinda mistake you aren’t supposed to make. Once or twice is fine everybody makes mistakes but come on guys it’s becoming a regular thing. I’ll never call and say anything but this is annoying for my poor mom who brings Dunkin food to the hospital and it’s always wrong or never in the bag.
When I go in for donuts at 8 am in the morning, I expect them to be fresh and not cold leftovers from the night before. This is unacceptable.

I went to this place today, Thursday 07/24, at about 9:30 they took my order, and when I noticed that it was taking too long, very polite I asked for a refund and they didn't wanted give it back, so I kept waiting and finally I left without money and the product I was trying to buy,
