Donuts are pretty solid good but not the best I have ever had. These are convenient with a drive thru though.

How hard is it to make a coffee? What I asked for is no where near what I got. Taste like crap. I'm losing my faith in any Dunkins around this country. The employees need better training if this is the kind of coffee they serve there. It's warm water with a hint, A HINT of coffee and Suger. How is this called coffee any more? Lazy much?? I'm sticking with smaller companies now. I'm over dunks thanks to this place.

Horrible customer service the donuts were good but when we got a hot chocolate, there was no whip cream it tasted like water with a hint of chocolate and peppermint. Do you asked if hot chocolate you had to pay extra and when we tried asking she slammed the window

Horrible customer service. Waited in line for ten minutes for just 3 doughnuts and a hot chocolate. Then a lady opened the window asking “what are you waiting for?” in a very sassy tone. When we asked for whipped cream she slammed the window close. The hot chocolate was terrible, taste like water with a hint of peppermint. Definitely not coming back.

This is a terrible Dunkin they might as well go out of business. I am never coming back here not only did they mess up my order they also were rude after telling them that my order was incorrect and proceed to hand me the same drink that I clearly said was the wrong order. They took my drink and brought it up and it was still terrible. Please don’t waste your time and money in this Dunkin you’re better off going somewhere else or making your own coffee at least that way no one will be rude to you for telling them they gave you the wrong order. This is supposed to be the Pecan Vanilla iced latte and they gave me Med Iced Orig with ONLY PECAN. literally so distasteful and rude

I'm so disappointed. The food is always burnt, and the drinks are never consistent. The drinks don't even be close to consistent they always taste completely different.
They food is always burnt, and there's not much to say about that. I have tried many time trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. But every time everything is burnt.
They also don't have donuts in stock. Which is weird cause that was part of their name and what they advertised is their donuts, but they don't be having a lot of their donuts there. The last time I went, they had 3 donuts, and it was the nasty flavors that nobody wanted, and it wasn't that long after they opened

Actually undrinkable. Ordered dunkalattes on the app and arrived and they didn’t have the coffeemilk so they just used regular milk and it was disgusting and a waste of money. Omw to Starbucks right now. Also, don’t try the hashbrowns, they’re not crispy, they’re soggy disappointments.

I stop at this location everyday before work haven’t no idea what going on with them in pass few week my coffee wasn’t tasting like usual i try to tell them but they said they make it correct nex time i’ll show them how different location made
I would avoid this location. The employees are nice….however-I don’t know how they can mess up the order so much without purposely doing so. I ordered two pumpkin lattes with 3 extra shots and oatmilk. I have placed this order at different Dunkin locations and the drinks were properly made. The lattes I received today were made with regular dairy milk and appear as if no espresso was added to them. They were extremely pale and lacked any coffee flavor. I don’t mind if a minor mistake is made, but if I am spending that amount of money on drinks, it is frustrating to receive such an incorrect order. I regret not asking them to remake the drinks.

To the manager/owner:
The pair of teenage girls working at noon on August 9th, 2011 should be written up and better supervised. I stood in the store for over 3 minutes and they never came out from the back. I walked to the register and could slightly see them/hear them talk about who hasn't texted them back yet. I made noise and one walked out. No greeting, smile, apology... nothing. The other stayed around the corner visibly on her phone. I ordered bacon and they were out. The menu doesn't say "while supplies last. " I asked for two dozen donuts... she starts packing then up without asking what I want. The other girl comes up and is STILL holding her phone. The 1st girl gets my tater tots and tossed them on the counter. No "thank you" or anything. The tater tots were burned and old and cold. I've never stopped here before and don't think I ever will again. Train your employees to be accountable and do what they are paid to do or get better supervision. Terrible experience. Thank you.
