I ordered 2 slices of pizza tonight. I watched them the entire time- They gave my order to someone else, then noticed they messed up & spoke amongst each other debating if they were going to tell the woman that they have my food to that she had the wrong order, or if they were just going to give me her order. They went with the latter, & did not give me another piece to replace it, instead they offered me a refund for my one pizza & said that’s all they can do. I’ll be getting my NY style pizza elsewhere for now on. They didn’t realize I watched the entire thing & they handled it very poorly.

Okay, I’ve tried this place twice, and really wanted to like it given the high acclaim from so many. You walk in and it feels like a pizza shop, greeted immediately with friendly service with a smile. No issues on anything other than the star of the show, the pizza. Now to their defense I’m sure the pizza is wayyyy better fresh. But if you order a slice and then they re-heat it, twice now they’ve burnt it. The cheese took on a weird texture and was mushy, like the pizza was sitting out too long. I love a crispy crust, but this was done too much, the bottom was burnt both times I’ve been here, not charred like we all love on a Neapolitan pizza but flat out burned, the crust turned bitter… I actually threw half of a slice out my second trip in. Super bummed as I really wanted to like this spot. Probably won’t be back. TLDR, Order a head for a fresh pie, skip the slice.

Great new York style pizza. I love the pizza by the slice. The white piZza is my go to. Also like the pesto, supreme and the garlic knots. Happy they have an assortment of canned beer.

Amazing, and I mean amazing pizza. This is the most authentic NY slice that you will find in MN and by a far margin. The options are great, the flavor is there. I would put it up against any other pizza restaurant in the Cities. I drive from a fair distance away just for takeout, and every time it is perfection. Do not miss this place!!

This is the closest to NY pizza you’re going to get in the twin cities. They have a special water filtration system that helps them make “NYC water”, and it gives the pizza the right texture. Highly recommend!

I don’t know how this place only has a 4.6 ⭐️ review overall. I have lived in the tristate area (NY, NJ, PHL) for four decades and this pizza is not only the best I’ve had in MN but quite possibly in my top three of all time. PLEASE visit this place! @stoolpresidente
