We had a great day but there is something that needs to improve! Great food and place, but good customer service is important!

The employees are professional, nice and fast. The limited hours, breakfast ends too early and lunch is over at 1:00. The food is bland and the selection is very limited. Mix it up more. I had the Tilapia today, but it was tough, dry, so over cooked and did not taste fresh. I tossed it. I'd give to food 2.5 stars and the service 3.5.

Convenience and variety of choices is nice - and the prices are reasonable, too. Quality of food is very inconsistent though and the chefs get confused by the high volume or orders.

The food here is okay but, it isn't the best quality and it's overpriced. Some of the employees are kind of condescending and treat you like a child when you have specifications for your food. Not only that, some of the staff makes me uncomfortable and a few others with his comments. If you want something from the grill, you have to wait in a long line because the line cook can't handle multiple orders at once. Me and my coworkers agree that the food served at this cafeteria is greasy and they are a little too heavy with their use of vegetable oil. And what is concerning to me about the grill is if someone orders a onion and pepper omelette and you order just eggs you can taste onions and peppers in your eggs and on another occasion I got some chopped pineapple and I could taste the pepper in my fruit. I'd say if you work at TCF you would be better off bringing your lunch but, sometimes that isnt the case at times especially with it being so cold outside. You're basically stuck eating at this cafeteria or paying top dollar at the convenience center. The cashier ladies are pretty nice and they know their customers.
