Ordered a pizza and waited a half hour. Then they admitted the cook made a mistake and never started the pizza. There weren't even 10 people in the restaurant at the time so they were hardly busy. Not going back there again.

No hostess at 6:30 on a weekend, my wife waited 10 minutes in an empty lobby to be repeatedly told that someone would be right there to help and no one ever did. The multiple reassurances of help in the future were empty. We got the impression they couldn't handle a 3top and left.

We worked with Susan from Green Mill in Plymouth Catering for our reception dinner! She was incredibly responsive & helpful as we planned the wedding from a state away! Green Mill was able to accommodate a vegan meal & veggie skewer added on a bit late in the planning. The food tasted great & the staff on the day of were timely, professional, and provided good service to our guests for buffet line & water service. They boxed up the leftovers at our request (ended up having less guests attending than planned, even though we were able to set the meal counts when list was complete) & we've been enjoying them from the freezer. Our service from Green Mill on the day of went smoothly!

Tried to order a deep dish pizza through Door Dash. 90 minutes after delivery was said to take place, we called the restaurant. They have their delivery orders "turned off." I had to order a day ahead. And there was no communication from Green Mill to say they didn't plan to deliver. VERY disappointed in them. Won't be going back. Too bad. They used to be good.

Brandon and Mel were absolutely amazing. The food took a bit but once it came out we were very happy with the flavor of both our meals. Would recommend 100 times over. Thanks guys for the laughs also, just made for a better meal.

The service was appalling! While we waited to order a table near by was provided details for "specials" on appetizers. When our table referenced the specials, we were told there were no specials. We asked what soup was being offered but never received an answer. Other tables were offered bread while they waited; we were not! I feel customers are treated unfairly at this establishment. The food was average, nothing special.

Server was very friendly! Very quiet and yet took forever. Stir fry salad was a nice looking salad served in a bowl of brown water, no consistency/thickness of it being a sauce/glaze/dressing. Cesar salad only had 3 small strips of chicken and croutons so hard you could barely bite through them. Poor server seemed to be only one running around so hard to talk/complain to. If the phone rang, you'd hear the ENTIRE staff holler answer the phone from all over.

My favorite is Jamaican wings. Got 6 orders of this on Sunday 6/25/23 and this wings was supper salty. Ruined my evening dinner with friends and family. Called on Monday and Tuesday to let manager know and they gave me the run around and have not called me back since then. Horrible experience!
