Solution: just make it contingent on purchase, limit sample numbers or even charge per sample if you must. If you change your policy let me know, otherwise no thank you. Won't be back.

Plymouth gem! I love the cozy feel inside when sitting and eating with friends/family over delicious ice cream or fries. The flavors are delicious and the to go options are a nice to have too. There are sit down chairs outside under some shade as available.
The staff is sweet and helpful.

Delicious ice cream. Fantastic service, all of the workers were smiling. Large portion size, one scoop is enough for one, or 2 depending on how Romantic your relationship is 😄. Anyway, would totally recommend to anybody that likes ice cream.

Personal opinion the ice cream was a premium price, for that I feel it has to be exceptional.

1) Not offering samples when you have a large selection of homemade ice creams is more than disappointing.

2) The ice cream was very melted, I understand this maybe because of high cream content but I think the freezers could be turned down.

Both are fixable.

I heard a good review of this ice cream shop, but tonight I was very disappointed.
My kids & I asked for a sample since we didn't know what some of the flavors were since the names don't specify and it's nice to know what it tastes like before you buy...but found out they don't do samples. This is the first ice cream shop I've been to that doesn't do samples. We all tried different flavors but ended up not like any of them.
$5.50 for one scoop x4 is kinda a lot of money to commit to something you don't know if you will like. Looks like I should have read the reviews before making the drive there.

Terrible! Do not go! My grand daughter and I like to try out the different kind of ice cream stores around. When I asked them for a sample they refused. I thought that to be strange. So I ordered a cherry lime sorbet. Thinking that would sound good. After I tried it. It was awful. So I went back into exchange it. For one that I liked. But they said that they couldn’t exchange. I am not going back definitely. I told him that I will write a bad review. They didn’t seem to care. Bad customer service bad ice cream.

I've had this two times. The first, they gave me the wrong ice cream and charged me for scooping the right one. The second time they did not label the chocolate as being brownie ice cream and my celiac husband ended up sick from eating it. I don't think I'd go back at this point. The experience has not been up to par. I'd rather just drive out to Ben and Jerry's to know things are properly labeled and that I won't get ripped off.

Dirty on the outside, dirty on the inside. Way overpriced. My mom got a flavor she didn't like and it was actually awful, fruit punch sorbet??!! She didnt get a sample and they wouldnt let her trade it in. Then the cashier forgot our order and almost charged me an extra $7 i cant even believe i tipped. It was the hottest day of the year they were doing good business and their lack of customer satisfaction and service made it feel like a huge waste of energy and money!! Do not go here! Youre better off going to dairy queen 😅

Best ice cream around. The merch is dope too - had to buy a hat. This is one of our spots for a family treat or a go-to place to get dessert to wrap-up date night.
