Terrible! Do not go! My grand daughter and I like to try out the different kind of ice cream stores around. When I asked them for a sample they refused. I thought that to be strange. So I ordered a cherry lime sorbet. Thinking that would sound good. After I tried it. It was awful. So I went back into exchange it. For one that I liked. But they said that they couldn’t exchange. I am not going back definitely. I told him that I will write a bad review. They didn’t seem to care. Bad customer service bad ice cream.

I've had this two times. The first, they gave me the wrong ice cream and charged me for scooping the right one. The second time they did not label the chocolate as being brownie ice cream and my celiac husband ended up sick from eating it. I don't think I'd go back at this point. The experience has not been up to par. I'd rather just drive out to Ben and Jerry's to know things are properly labeled and that I won't get ripped off.

Dirty on the outside, dirty on the inside. Way overpriced. My mom got a flavor she didn't like and it was actually awful, fruit punch sorbet??!! She didnt get a sample and they wouldnt let her trade it in. Then the cashier forgot our order and almost charged me an extra $7 i cant even believe i tipped. It was the hottest day of the year they were doing good business and their lack of customer satisfaction and service made it feel like a huge waste of energy and money!! Do not go here! Youre better off going to dairy queen 😅

One of the dirtiest food establishments I have ever been in. I am glad I only saw the front of the house. Gross.

They had wonderful choice for Icecream!!! I totally loved it!!!

Best ice cream around. The merch is dope too - had to buy a hat. This is one of our spots for a family treat or a go-to place to get dessert to wrap-up date night.

We were excited to try the ice cream, but they don’t offer samples. The only ice cream place I’ve seen before that that didn’t offer samples was in a hotel that Gordon Ramsey tried to save. He thought no samples was a stupid idea. So do I. We’ll never go back.

They over load you on FRIES I ask for chocolate ice cream and it has cinnamon in it completely thru me off 🤢🤮

Local hidden ice cream hot spot, but they also serve french fries in various forms. No ice cream samples, but it doesn't matter as you'll be satisfied with whatever you decide.

Vegetarian options: Sorbet if you're vegan.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten_free options

Parking: Limited number of spaces. If you come on a busy evening you'll have to park in the Hyvee lot.

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly flavors abound & a step stool so they can look at ice cream.

The ice cream is great and they have a nice little spot outside to eat and hang out.

My only complaint is that a place that I believe caters towards families doesn't have a baby changing station in either of the bathrooms.

Honey & Mackies is where we had our first date and we go back every year, as a blended family, for our anniversary. Almond ice cream is a family favorite!
