So embarrassing for this company, long time customer lost. As you can see from my receipt I had to return a sub due to multiple issues. The guy refunding my money berates the other employee in such an embarrassing way to make a point who screwed up. As I'm standing there feeling embarrassed for the other guy, the cashier has the full to give me attitude when I'm being perfectly respectful and wasn't that upset just wanted my money back. Then finds it in his best interest to try to explain 3 different times under his breath that it wasn't his fault. Not once offering me an apology for having to drive back at my convenience for their mistakes. My point is you don't view the customer as an inconvenience on your own mistakes. Second, have a tad bit of professionalism in front of your customers and respect for your coworkers in public. Truly embarrassing what I witnessed.

I stopped in for a quick lunch and couldn't decide what I wanted, so I asked the employee what his favorite sandwich was and he said if I haven't had the Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak before it would change my life...he was not wrong. This place is far superior to all of the other major "sub" chains!

The food here is good, I'll give it that. But we have gone here several times later in the evening and they have been closed 30 mins to an hour early, which is incredibly disappointing to then have to figure out a second option when you wanted Jersey Mike's. I will be driving to the Golden Valley location from now on. The food is fresher and the service is better.

Music is so loud that you cannot hear the staff and communication is non existent. I have had to send back every single hot sandwich i have ordered because they never ask about adding cold toppings. A certain manager on duty is very belligerent and rude (male, i did not get his name). The tables are never clean without being asked for them to clean them.

The guy said he refunded me for the sub that he did wrong. Didn’t wanna remake the giant sub that I said “all veggies” asked me about a mikes way but I still said all veggies so idk why he didn’t understand that part. He acted like I’m just complaining on the phone getting a free sub but we didn’t enjoy our order so. Just plain rude never coming back here
