Tried the 4 square BBQ chicken, large hand tossed pepperoni and an order of cheesy breadsticks. If you enjoy thick crust this is decently the place to get it. Good portions, the toppings were actually decent. Not too much and not too little.
The service was quick and easy. Ordered online, came inside when ready, they had it done and ready to go. Timing was perfect. Staff were polite and courteous.

First timer here to Jet’s tonight. After savoring my first 8 corner pizza prepared with loving care by Michael at 10:30 pm on a Friday night, I am now an official Jet’s convert! And ohhh man, what an amazing pie!! The only thing better than the pizza was the terrific and helpful Michael. His genuine enthusiasm for Jet’s was evident and he seemed truly excited to make my very first pizza here perfect. As a former restaurant GM, I can tell you that finding an employee like Michael is incredibly rare. So personable and puts a lot of love and pride into his work. He is an absolute gem and I encourage the owners to give this young man a significant pay increase so he will stick around. Don’t risk losing this fellow- couldn’t ask for a better experience tonight. We will be definitely back, and soon! Thank you Michael for the best Detroit pizza I’ve ever had! - Michelle & Patrick

Ordered a calzone for delivery it took over an hour and 20 minutes to receive it. When I received it there was no sauce on the side as promised and no utensils to eat it with. Very poor service will not be ordering again.

I first learned about Jets Pizza back in the day when I lived in Milwaukee. Now, back in home MN, I personally think Michael & the Plymouth location is the best location around!

Food is always delicious from jets. My main complaint comes from a poor experience with a driver on the road right outside this location. He blew a stop sign and cut me off, when I beeped to let him know and express my obvious upset he proceeded to get out of his car and cuss me out. He must’ve realized he still had the jets sign on top of his car as he quickly got back in his car and drove off while muttering obscenities at me. I called this location which denied having a driver in the vehicle I described. They claimed it may be someone from the new Hope location. I called this location as well and they also denied having a driver in such a vehicle. While I’m unsure who is lying, the fact stands that a man in a silver or tan (can’t remember as I was more focused on a man getting out of his car and approaching me while cursing at me) sedan harassed me and there is unfortunately no resolution to this case. I will be sending this information to corporate on Monday when I call them.
