I rushed and ordered Jimmy John’s for lunch in the morning. I said to myself, I forgot to add a tip so I decided once he delivers the order, I would just sign the slip and add the tip once he arrived. The guy delivered the food didn’t ask for me. He instead took a red marker, circled the tip area on my receipt and left it in the front office. The entitlement to Tips is crazy when I in fact was planning to give him one. I called the store and told them if the gentleman was that upset about the tip. All he had to do was ask for me and instructed them that he could even come back and get it. (Which he did) drawing red marks and circling tips, makes people think you may have tampered with their food out of anger. I would recommend not doing this in the future.

Bad service, no hi and thank you from a guy who took our order but a frown face when I came today 9/28 around 7pm Sunday in this location. I usually give a big tip but at this time no tip and will never comeback to this location. I intentionally put a date and time so the management will know who I am talking to and will be aware to educate this male person with good customer service.

I recently stopped in on a Saturday at the Jimmy John’s Plymouth location,(55 & Vicksburg). There was a woman most likely in her mid to late 80’s with a cane that ordered a sandwich and beverage a couple customers ahead of me. Before I could help her, (as she was clearly struggling to gather and carry her order)… the tallest of the employees (guessing around 19 years of age) dropped what he was doing and walked around from behind the assembly line (counter) and assisted her arm- in- arm very slowly to her car. It struck many of us in the lobby- that you just don’t see this often enough. We literally all talked about it. Cheers to the parenting of this guy! And even bigger kudos to this employee. Well done sir - you surely set a great example of kindness for not only your worker peers but also to elders who witnessed this. Keep up the great work!

Walked in at 7:40 on 7/20 and the person standing behind the register definitely was not happy to see us! I showed him a picture of a JJBLT sandwich I bought the other day that had no bacon and instead of being sympathetic about it he gave me the scowl and said how do I know thats ours? Now I have definitely pissed him off and continued taking the rest of my order cranky! Would’ve walked out but my two daughters were starving from our 4 hour trip home! Second time in a row I have come to this location and 2nd time I have been treated like crap!

my daughter and i had a great experience this afternoon at jimmy john's around 2:30 pm. i wish i had asked the staff for their names - it was a male and female. friendliest experience ever at a jimmy john's. food was great and of course freaky fast. so excited about the free meal deal after 2pm too. location and atmosphere inside is clean and cozy. can't wait to go back! thanks jimmy john's!

order for delivery just left at my work door with zero indication it arrived despite providing a phone to call. who knows how long it sat outside.

Have placed numerous orders with this location using online delivery and they average about 2 hours between the order being placed to it being delivered. The employees have no answer when called and questioned about why the food is late. Extremely poor service consistently.

Stopped by before a kids hockey game. Ordered a mini sub and regular sub. Ended up paying for two regular subs but received the requested mini and regular sub. They noted the error after the fact. Was already late for the game so just left with the order. Watch what they charge you at the time of ordering.
