my daughter and i had a great experience this afternoon at jimmy john's around 2:30 pm. i wish i had asked the staff for their names - it was a male and female. friendliest experience ever at a jimmy john's. food was great and of course freaky fast. so excited about the free meal deal after 2pm too. location and atmosphere inside is clean and cozy. can't wait to go back! thanks jimmy john's!

order for delivery just left at my work door with zero indication it arrived despite providing a phone to call. who knows how long it sat outside.

Have placed numerous orders with this location using online delivery and they average about 2 hours between the order being placed to it being delivered. The employees have no answer when called and questioned about why the food is late. Extremely poor service consistently.

Stopped by before a kids hockey game. Ordered a mini sub and regular sub. Ended up paying for two regular subs but received the requested mini and regular sub. They noted the error after the fact. Was already late for the game so just left with the order. Watch what they charge you at the time of ordering.
I placed a catering order for a birthday party. When I went to pick it up I was told they didn’t have any catering orders, I checked the confirmation email and realized I placed the order for wrong date. Jillian (manager) was amazing, found my order and made the 30 piece catering box in about 10 minutes and saved the day. I am very grateful for her help.

First off- 2 stars is probably very generous. I didn’t want to post a poor review but after multiple experiences this is deserved. Thanks for my lettuce sandwiches. No offense to the vegetarians but if I order tuna, I’d like some. My sandwiches have been basically lettuce and a roll. Asked for onion and pickle but it must be invisible.
Can I purchase the sub rolls?? I’ll make my own sandwich.

Today I went in to grab lunch. I’m thinking they are quickly fast as they say, but today was the worse service I’ve ever had. It took my whole lunch hour for a sandwich I order. Terrible Jimmy John I think this location needs to to do better. Oh! I was not the only customer that waited a long time to get their order. Will not be returning to this location.

This location is more expensive than the location on Wayzata Blvd in Wayzata. It's $2.70 more for a Giant size BLT. Ridiculous will for sure not be ordering from here again.

This is worst jimmy johns food i had in usa. This location, the guy who made my sandwich are so annoying. He did not even spread out the chicken, and kept it a bunch at the corner of sandwich. I would highly recommend not to visit this location for jimmy johns sandwich. So worst, that he did not even accept to heat up the chicken.
People who cant do the service properly should not join food service jobs. It really affects the emotions a lot.

The Plymouth location Jimmy Johns is terrible. Ordered delivery a few times, they often forget the drink, or a cookie, takes forever. Sometimes they drop it off at the wrong house and say they didn’t. When they mess your order up and you call them they pretend like you’re lying. Place sucks, management sucks, now I call the maple grove bass lake road store and order by phone.

I was just there around at 10:30am on 5/29.
A very friendly named, Mark (says on the receipt) greeted me with the the sweetest smile. And he was very polite, working hard and sweet.
The lady worker at the station was also sweet. And lastly on my way out, the gentle man at the cashier said " Have a great day" and waved at me while helping others. He was willing to be friendly and sweet even when he was busy. It is really hard to find workers like them nowdays. They made my day!!
I wanted to say "thanks all, for being so sweet and for working so hard"!!. They looked busy so I am leaving my comments here.
Thanks again. I will come back more often.
