Slowly making it unusable for members. The gym is occupied all summer with camp kids and the all fall it’s closed for renovations. The fitness floor has been reduced by 30% for personal training space that is not included in the membership. The treadmills are now only 6 inches apart to make room for the space we aren’t allowed to be in. The pool was closed all winter and spring . The trainers can feel predatory. They approach you mid workout and ask you to take your headphones out to talk to you about why you are there and if you need $100/ hr training. I’m here. Leave me alone.

What I’d expect from a gym cafe. It has an ok selection for quick snacks and health supplements, but items are pricier than neighboring stores and cafes. Worth stopping if you’re already at the gym and don’t have time to go elsewhere.

Currently paying for a platinum membership and still have to pay full price while they shut down their sauna and steam room. Just a fun fact for those less knowledgeable: In order to kill COVID‐19, heat virus‐containing objects for: 3 minutes at temperature above 75°C (160°F). 5 minutes for temperatures above 65°C (149°F). 20 minutes for temperatures above 60°C (140°F). ABSOLUTE JOKE

I’m back after a severe spine injury! Feels great to be back! Being fit will help your immune system! The club is clean, with light traffic! It’s a perfect time to establish a routine for the upcoming winter!
I've visited here a few times now since it is very convenient to my fulltime job and the Life Cafe near my home has shortened their hours so I can't get there. Very friendly and helpful employees and good selection of food and supplement products.
