Was here with a couple coworkers back on the 21st(so 9 days ago) for work happy hour after work and I got food poisoning here or I assume it was food poisoning because I got a bison burger with a side of I believe it was fries, surly furious, and a water to drink. When I bet through the meat, I saw it was a bit pink along the mark which I thought was normal because it was cooked, well five or six minutes later after eating I ended up feeling dizzy(kind of like when you had too many drinks, dizzy) but I only had half a beer so I shouldn't have been drunk that easily as I can handle liquor pretty easily as long as it's not the really hard stuff, anyways I feel like I'm going to pass out and next you know I wake up with my coworkers asking me if I'm OK and they said I've been out for two seconds even though I know it's been longer than that it was, it felt like the world was spinning, my hands were shaky when I put them up. I'm so lucky I was with my coworkers and actually with some people because since this was an hour into our work happy hour my boss/manager took me straight home since we were pretty much already done anyways. Luckily I live only about 2 miles so lucky me. Anyways, I just want to say is whoever the tattoo server was was very helpful when he saw I was in distress so to speak. I also spoke to him on the phone when I got home and thanked him, I also had the opportunity to talk to a manager(or I think he was an assistant manager, I don't know) named Mason and he was extremely apologetic and very helpful as well even though there was not much to do since we were both on the phone and he told me to call back and talk to a guy named Brian who I think the head manager. so I did the next day when I was feeling better and I ended up speaking to a lady named Julia and she was the most unpleasant woman I've ever talked to(manager too), I explained my situation and what I told Mason the previous night and she basically blew me off and said it was impossible for me to pass out that quickly after eating and asked questions like was I allergic to anything and of course I wasn't. I knew for certain that burger probably wasn't cooked through or someone didn't wash their hands before cooking(even though I didn't smell anything anything wrong with the burger so I don't know what was going on), the only thing Julia did was give me the number to the Minnesota Department of Health(which of course I took even though I didn't want) and and that was that. After I got done speaking to her, I threw away the piece of paper that had the number for the Minnesota Department of Health because it was a complete waste of time and I don't wanna spend two hours on the phone with someone else. I swore to myself I will never go back because of Julia and her attitude on the phone. Wish I could give zero stars for her. But I will give five stars to Mason and the tattoo server guy although I'm going to keep this review at one star just because of Julia. Other than that, I did have a fun night before the whole incident happened. But despite me giving Mason and the tattoo guy five stars, I'm not gonna return just because of Julia. I wouldn't say she was nasty, but she felt like questioning me instead of transfer me over to. Brian(although now I think about it I don't know if Brian would be the same as Julia). Regardless, I'm never returning.

A bar and grill with a solid family restaurant vibe. We ordered the shrimp tacos and chicken quesadilla. Was not expecting a place like this to perfectly execute the tex mex seasoning that both dishes had. They also serve up a delicious house made salsa. The quesadilla is well worth the price given how much they stuff inside, will be getting this again in the future.

Got food poisoning here last night, almost threw up. I spoke with a manager named Julia (on the phone not too long ago now)and she wasn’t very helpful of the situation when I explained what happened and she became authoritative and question me and was basically like defending Luckys actions. Whoever cooked the bison burger last night probably didn’t even even wash their hands. I ended up passing out, which was very weird that it happened that quickly.Luckily, I was with a couple coworkers and they took me right home. This was an hour into our work happy hour. Twas a fun night until this happened.WONT BE BACK.But I would also like to thank Mason(after talking on the phone last night when i got home and the tattoo guy server (in person and on phone) . I only gave a star because of those two because they were very apologetic. I wish I could give zero to Julia.

Great place overall.Service was good to great. The place was clean and inviting. Food was delicious and portions were huge.The big surprise was the price of food. A few years ago it would be on par, now it's cheaper than most fast food and definitely better.The only issue was that the music was too loud and made chatting at the table too difficult.

We go occasionally to the Plymouth location for business lunches. The group really enjoys the food. Service is always spot on as well. Atmosphere is noisy at lunch but it fits the vibe.Parking: Parking is on side of hotel next to restaurant
Very underwhelming experience. My husband and I came here on Friday for a date night. It was 6 pm and we were told a 40 minute wait. It was only about 10 min. (Hooray!) we got seated and both of our chairs were super wobbly. The server greeted us and the table behinds us got our drinks first (sat down after us) and she came back and said she forgot our drink order. I ordered the Buffalo chicken sandwich and it was awful. The chicken was tough and stringy and the bleu cheese dressing was super overwhelming. She took forever to bring us our check. Will not return.

I ordered a sirloin steak medium well and not even trying to be rude it was one of the worst steaks I’ve Ever had. I don’t know if they know what medium well means because it was almost burnt black. I would have taken it back if I didn’t have to go work midnights. Do not get their steak for sure.

We ordered 3 different burgers and none of us could finish even 1/4. Fries tasted like old oil and cold. Zero seasoning on the burgers and all of us thought a weird old meat taste. Tossed it. We are far from picking people and in 30 years have never had a bar burger I could not finish. This was terrible. My son's had burgers as well and after 2 bites they looked at me and laughed and tossed them. Sorry.
