They mis heard my order and the lady at the window has some kind of issue going on where she shouldn’t talk to customers 😂 worst McDonalds experience I’ve ever had and that says ALOT, whoever higher manager reads this. Make sure your working start working more on customer experience, rude, low quality and un professional interactions at window and speaker. The McDonalds in my home town has a lot better reviews and it shows a lot, I even stopped there because you guys messed up my order and had a better experience.

9:45pm. Drive through totaling forever. Kid comes on the intercom and says: “it’ll be a whole boi” decide to abandon and the guy is sweeping in preparation for closing instead of rallying orders.

didn’t give me parts of my order and wouldn’t offer a refund, only that I had to come back that day to get a replacement for what they forgot to give me. I apparently couldn’t come back the next day even though I had my receipt.

Do not go here in the morning ! You’ll be waiting for 10 minutes for someone to even respond to you in the drive thru line. They need more help or better staff in the mornings. There should be no reason why the wait time for my order was 10 minutes (that I ordered 10 minutes ahead of time on the app) and there was only 1 person ahead of me in the drive thru. No one else was waiting on food or in line ahead of me !

Wife picked up dinner and I asked her to pick me up a Big Mac meal. What a disappointment. It's $8 for sandwich and a small fry and no drink. Seems like they found a way to give you less for your money. Thanks for a the disappointment burger McDonald's. Now I have to go make more food and wash it down with my own drink.

Order to this location by accident and it already had charged me. The app told me to call them and it would get sorted out. The manager was completely rude and dismissive. Told me to call her back in 20 minutes. I didn’t have the time nor is that ok in any sense in customer service. I ended up calling the corporate office and got it refunded. Never ordering there again. Go to a better location where service is better.

Manager on duty tonight is awful.

Ordered online, drive thru pickup. Ordered at 9:42, got to the drive thru at 9:44. NO one was answering the intercom to order, witnessed another car wait and leave because no one was bothering to greet . Drive around to first window after sitting for 2 minutes.. told the gentleman that I was picking up my mobile order and he shrugged his shoulders and told me to pull back around.. so like a dummy I did and now there were 4 cars waiting in the drive thru and people then drove off out of line because they also were being ignored.. got my order finally and of course, dude forgot the sauce.
maybe shut the place down for a couple weeks and do something about the staff.
