Dora the manager is always so patient and kind even when they are busy. Ive messed up a few orders online and she always does her best to help me out. Perfect customer service , food comes out at super fast, and food always taste fresh. Dora definitely knows how to run a store! 10/10 she deserves a raise

the lights both inside and out of the store were all turned on. it was christmas night, my family was starving, and i needed to provide. thus, seeing the store appeared open, i pulled up straight the straight thru the drive through. alas, NO ONE WAS HOME. this was very misleading, and extremely disappointing. i ended up eating carrots with hair instead. not very merry. if i could give 0, i would. thanks.

This is not a great McDonalds. Half the the time my fries are undercooked and dripping with oil, or they forget to put things in my bag and I have to go back and complete the order. It might be the worst McDonalds around. Seriously just go anywhere else and you'll get better food.

Last night I was one of only 2 cars in the drive through. I had ordered a McDouble with No Mustard, No onion, and extra pickles. I received a burger with mustard, no ketchup, only 1 pickle, and EXTRA onions smashed into the cheese between the patties, so I couldn’t even remove them without scraping the cheese off. I understand mistakes can happen, but this seemed almost deliberate with how it was basically the opposite of what I ordered. It’s one thing to ask for modifications due to taste preference, but some people have allergies and CANT eat certain things. Do better. It’s not hard to read an order especially when you only have 2 people in line.
The orange skidmarks are serving fries. I will never go to your stores. EVER.

The manager or supposed manager wearing a yellow shirt has us waiting in line for 20 minutes and although we told her we only had cash and couldn’t pay at keosk she then proceeded to speak Spanish and insult me not knowing I’m Mexican and speak Spanish. I asked for a manager and she said she was the manager and after I asked for her name she refused. Horrible customer service and this manager should not be working at this establishment
