Terrible drives through service I ordered in the drive through all shesaid was alright, didn't give me a price, didn't say anything after that.. Are we really getting that lazy We can't tell the customer how much their food's gonna be also they put no napkins in the bag.This whole crew and staff is very lazy. The lady. that is taking orders at drive through is too busy stuffing. Her face then doing her job.

Joyce is incredible. She went above and beyond after my order got canceled and went out of her way to be such a sweet person by bringing me something close to what I originally ordered (breakfast stuff when it just changed into lunch) She really made my day by how incredible she was and I really hope the best for her 🥺

Food is good but the prices are a ripped off And not worth it And at this location some stuff have smile and work hard But one lady Looked so depressed Couldn’t understand me she was so depressed And couldn’t even hold her head up With How expensive the prices are I sure hope McDonald’s pays Their workers a Good amount of money and if not then McDonald’s just doesn’t care about people
Saturday morning was the 2nd time we did drive-thru at this location because it's only 2 blocks from where we live. Both times, the orange juice has been grossly warm. We brought it up the first time to the employee and she said all she could do is offer an ice cube. We will not be back to this location. The orange juice was so warm both times, we threw it away. Waste of money.

Worst McDonalds ever. I’m not one to write a reviews unless it’s exceptional service or the worst service ever. This is one of those bad experiences. Every single time I come here, I expect the absolute worst. There has never, ever been a time they got my order right. Even when they read it back to me several times and confirm everything is in the bag. Ugh!! I completely get mistakes can be made during a lunch / dinner time rush but I was 1/3 people in the DT Line. The workers tried to argue with me last night over a small fry!! It was one elderly Hispanic lady who had a lot of attitude, and a younger Hispanic lady. Might I just add, I could understand everything you were saying in Spanish. Not slick, and you probably shouldn’t argue in the drive through window. I always order the $5 meal deal with upgraded drink and fry to medium instead of a small. I’ve came to this location before several times to get this order so tell me why this old Hispanic woman was trying to argue with me over it. She kept telling me for the deal you can’t upgrade. I told her I’ve came here several times and order it and have never had a problem AND if it wasn’t possible they should’ve told me at the order placing, instead of after they hand me the incorrect order. I offered to pay for an additional medium fry and they were refusing to let me. They said I can’t and that they can’t change anything now. Um! Yes you can! I said will walk right in and order it if I have to. So disrespectful…definitely don’t recommend this location. Also, I think it would be easier if they hire fully qualified bilingual speakers. It seems like most speak broken English. I get the impression this location was desperate for workers. I guess I shouldn’t expect much from a McDonalds in this day and age.

I work all over the cities, so I have a lot of exposure to different fast food restaurants. This McDonalds is one of the best and most consistent experiences. Food is always perfect. Service is always fast and polite, even if they are swamped. Today a very nice lady named Joyce brought my order out and was very friendly and professional. I will continue to drive past other restaurants to stop here, EVEN through road construction in the area.

We went through the drive-thru at approximately 3: 20pm today, Sept. 7, 2025, and the young man at the second drive-thru window was absolutely a pleasure, which made the entire experience unfortunate when spanish-speaking manager started yelling at him about something on the floor near the drive-thru window. I don't even speak Spanish and I could even understand because she continued on and on, repeating the same thing several times while he was trying to help us, and her voice raised quite loud. This is so unfortunate when clearly the young man at the window provide a top notch customer service by showing us all of the Happy Meal toys after we asked about them for our granddaughter. I really hope this is seen and this woman is firmly talked to for yelling at staff members, especially in front of customers!
