Food is ok, some of it's cheap or in sale at least but mostly get staff who barely speak or understand English which is very disappointing since we are in America and that is our main language. It would be nice to have staff who understand what you are saying and ordering or what issues you have or even if you need something extra.Vegetarian options: Not much here without meat.Dietary restrictions: I wouldn't recommend any dietary restrictions here.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the food and at some of the locations the play place they have for kids.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking and room for them in dining area unless they are very busy and packed with people.

Says drive-thru hours open at 5am, sat in drive thru with workers inside and they wouldn’t provide service. If you are not going to be open the hours that are posted maybe say something instead of having cars sit in the drive thru…

I waited for 25 minutes for a curbside order before I gave up and went inside the store (after calling the restaurant 3x with no answer). I ordered a drink, iced coffee, and a sundae. If the place was busy, I'd have been understanding, but it was practically dead. Manager offered an nonchalant apology while handing me the bag. I'm a frequent visitor here and this is the third time something like this has happened - and all with the same manager working. Same situation every time - place is dead and the bag of order is just sitting on the counter unattended. Such an annoying experience.Edited to add: Took a bite of the sundae. Definitely wasn't made with hot fudge. Tasted like the syrup they use to make their Mochas. Extra disappointed. This feels sneaky.

Place is nice and clean. Constant beeping noise. We came here on a pretty busy Saturday. The service was a bit slow, but pretty good for a busy dinner time. The food was hot and fresh. Recommend to go, even if it is busy.
