Terrible service, made my bowl wrong 2 times and refused to give me a refund after the bowl was not too my liking. The place was FILTHY behind the counters around the toppings, they obviously do NOT clean. The worker also did not wear gloves and used there bare hands to make my bowl. The 2 girls were also gossiping and swearing which made me feel uncomfortable. Plymouth nautical bowls disappointed me greatly.

The atmosphere was great and calm. The food was refreshing. There are lots of options to park. It is on the pricey side, but if you get it once in a while it’s not too bad, otherwise I wouldn’t spend the money to get it every week. My only complaint is to keep in mind what you wear. One of the employees who served us wore really short shorts to the point where a butt cheek was showing. Not a great look for a company. It’s important to be professional and represent a company well.

Our first time at Nautical Bowls, we tried both the bowls and smoothies. First off, the products themselves are so pretty, and second, it tastes as good as they look!! The staff was friendly, and there wasn't a wait. The store is very cute, we decided to sit inside with the our to go order instead. Would recommend and we will be back

You know you pay extra for the topping, well paid more for cashew cacao butter tell me why I got and open it there isn’t even a teaspoon on there and half of it was stuck to the lid. Just ridiculous to pay extra and they go ahead and short you on it because I DoorDashed it. Won’t be spending my money here anymore

Unfortunately the blueberries on my bowl were not fresh and were smushed. Also, a bit over priced. Each topping costs an extra $1 for customized bowls in addition to the base price.
