We placed a mobile order. They were out of stock and didn’t tell us. We were waiting so long and when we walked in was told choose another one. We got a cheaper one with no refund the difference which was about $7!!!

The app will say that the order is ready, but it always takes at least another 10 minutes after you arrive at the restaurant to pick it up at this location.

The absolute worst noodles I have ever been to. Consistently takes 30+ minutes for food, even when it is not very busy. Understaffed, get my order wrong 50% of the time and terrible management. This franchise owner should take their business more seriously. They’re only busy because there are so many families and few options in the area.

We went here in August to pick up an online order that said it was ready. We waited for 20 extra minutes and still never got food. There were people everywhere and they were helping new people coming in instead of the groups of people waiting for their food. I saw only one staff person the whole time trying their hardest to handle everything, but it was very poorly ran and we never got our money back or food.

Out of All of the RESTAURANTS IN PLYMOUTH THIS PLACE IS THE WORST.
I’ve been delivering food for side job, today $7 order I arrived at the store at 11:25.
I’d waited 10 minutes and asked an employee about my order she told me they are working on it.
20 minutes passed by asked again same dishonest woman told me , “almost done just waiting for chicken” that ended being another 15 minutes!

I’ve been waited almost one hour and she kept lying after lying!

DON’T GO HERE AND DEAL WITH DISHONEST EMPLOYEES!

Stopped by to try this establishment. Employees were helpful and great. My issue is with the food. I ordered Alfredo, and it tasted like nothing, buttered noodles. I also have an issue with the pricing. For one person I paid 17 dollars for Alfredo bowl and a rice crispy bar. That is outrageous. I did ask for the impossible chicken instead of regular. But let's think about this. They charged me extra for that, additional to the regular price. So shouldn't I get the chicken too, if I choose?? Put it on the side and I will give it to someone. I paid for it, obviously. 17 bucks, and you guys get to keep part of the dish I paid for. Pretty sweet deal for you. I won't be back.

It's fine, just, the food felt lower quality than usual (e.g. cheese not even melted on M&C when served), and just a bad system in place leading to longer than average wait times for dining in. It felt like nobody was on table or clean-up duty.

It was fine though. I probably wouldn't plan on a quick, fast casual dine-in here.

I'll be honest, I was also taken back by the removal/absence of Monte More chicken from the menu as well, which is my go-to!

I have been here multiple times, and there is never anyone at the counter. There are times where you will be the only person in the store and still wait over 10 minutes to be helped.

The manager was there in back the whole time and didn't offer any kind of discount at all.

Management needs to hire more staff here. We historically love the food, but the 45+ min wait time is not worth it, ever. The line ups are huge around dinner time and the 1 staff taking orders and getting them out to take out/in restaurant does not get the work done efficiently or effectively. Please improve this location by adding staff during peak hours.
