Delicious thick 4 egg omelets and buttermilk pancakes, served with fresh hot coffee. What else could you ask for at the Original Pancake House, except for chocolate chip pancakes with a dolop of whipped cream on top and ham steak with over easy eggs. I've been a staunch Original Pancake House supporter since living close to the Eden Prairie location over 10 years ago. This place continues to impress me over and over again. I get takeout at least monthly and the food is always terrific. I had a VERY slight issue with a takeout order recently at the Plymouth location and decided to write an email to the manager about it. Great as always. I've never been disappointed with anything that I can think of. Cowboy omelet is my go to. I can make at least two meals out it having the hash browns with it. The pancakes are always a nice treat too. Service is very good also. Attention to details make it a excellent choice for breakfast or lunch.
