The sweet fire chicken breast was the bomb.. it was sooo flavorful.. the fried rice was not fresh but still had good flavor.. Customer service was helpful and friendly.. dining area was clean.. prices are quite reasonable.. would recommend eating at this establishment..

I want to give credit where is due. I came in for an early lunch 10:30 and asked for the teriyaki chicken. It was not ready but the cook and server both apologized, got right to it, and offered a free pop and side for the inconvenience. Very kind and even got knucks from the cook after it was done. Very happy with the customer service!

sesame chicken was bland, fried rice under cooked, KungPow chicken was mostly zucchini, the terryaki chicken was spongy and maybe not white meat. I will stick with Leann Chinn's where it is always good.

My kids and are vomiting non stop from eating at this Panda Express. This is the last time we will eat here. This happened last time i ordered to but last time I didn’t realize that it was the food, but now it has happened again after eating at this same location. This is a warning please don’t eat at this place specifically this location.

Very good service and wait time to order in store and take out. However I didnt read the sign that said there was a $1.50 upcharge for the Honey Walnut Shrimp. I also ordered the Grilled Teriyaki Chicken but I noticed when they were cutting it up it was not white meat but dark meat which I do not like. They offered me another entree or an appetizer which counts as an appetizer. I tried the Cheese Rangoons and they were okay. I asked for Brown rice which was on the sign but they didn't have it. All in all it was an okay experience but had to justify spending almost $13 for a quick lunch.

As other employees stood idle, and focused on their phones, Lee was the only one that was responsive to our needs, and attentive about filling our order correctly. Since their idleness was obvious, he finally walked over and spoke to them and they retreated to a back room area out of view. Sad for one employee to be carrying the weight of three! Having visited multiple Panda Express locations, it was clear that there is a habit of under portioning here, even with the bigger plate order. One can conclude that this is likely a directive from the owner to try to save cost, while compromising the brand expectations. My Hope Is that corporate will review this, and hold them to a higher standard as other locations visited in multiple states. My partner also had to wait for beef broccoli, which is a common staple, because it was not on the line. The idle employees were likely the ones responsible for ensuring that it was there, and as a result there was extended wait. Compared to other locations, the only shining star was Lee, who was working overtime in his efforts to try to take care of his customers, While others were not carrying their own weight. The food was good overall, but the experience was disappointing.
