There are specials every day. The soups are very tasty. There is an excellent selection of hot and cold beverages like many varieties of teas. The booths are very comfortable.

Normally good, but today the employees were all standing around except one guy and it took FOREVER to get some mac andcheese
Nothing came as ordered. Salad had avocado and olives and red onion when I ordered without.

Visited this Panera Bread location on Friday, 11/14/25, at 5:45 pm, and after waiting 15 mins for service, I left. You could hear people talking in the back, but no one was working the counter. The pastry counter was empty except for a couple of trays with crumbles on them. I double checked their hours on the door, and it said they were open till 9 pm.
Sad experience...remember when Panera was always busy, with displays full of great pastries, and staff ready to take your order. Not anymore and not this location.
If you have TIME TO KILL, this may be your location of choice.

The staff member that helped us seemed annoyed that he had to make another half of sandwich and give us chips. He forgot the chips and the sandwich was suppose to be a whole, which is what we paid for.

The cafe is spacious and wide and this is my first time visiting this location. Everything looks great as usual at Panera Cafe.

The food is tastes good BUT they are frequently out of things. Today: sliced tomatoes, mixed greens, avocado, and as we were leaving we heard they were out of baguettes. Keep in mind, for the non-baked goods, there is a HyVee grocery store within walking distance.

How does this place stay in business? It used to be our neighborhood “go to” but it has gone so far down hill. They CANNOT get an order correct!
After 3 failed orders , we are done with them.

The place is absolutely filthy. Food under the tables, tables not cleaned, men’s bathroom filthy. Looks like someone has cleaned in over a week. When complained to counter staff, she simply said, “I know”. Left and went to Perkins!

Take this so long to take the order.
0 (zero) effort put into making a $15 salad. They make the to go containers the size they are for a reason, so why are only 1/3 full and missing ingredients. I Would have gotten more salad if I ordered the 1/2. This place is so hit and miss. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Minnetonka.

Do not go to this Panera. Their management will lie straight to your face. They constantly mess up your order. The managers will say they will fix the situation and they don't. They lie, lie, lie. You try to go back and they lie again. THEY DON'T CARE. DO NOT GO HERE. BAD, BAD PLACE.
