0 (zero) effort put into making a $15 salad. They make the to go containers the size they are for a reason, so why are only 1/3 full and missing ingredients. I Would have gotten more salad if I ordered the 1/2. This place is so hit and miss. Save yourself the disappointment and go to Minnetonka.

I thought the bagel either scrambled eggs was terrible the person did not have gloves on I barfed in someone's garbage can we will not be going to panera bread in plymouth anymore I also feel weak and so does my friend the staff should be working on hygiene the restaurant was disgusting š¤¢ as well

My sandwich was scorched black and inedible, meanwhile the staff were just standing around chatting and giggling with almost a dozen orders waiting for their food. I ordered at 5:46 and didnāt leave with my food until almost 30 minutes later just to find inedible burnt food when I got home. Truly unacceptable.

The food is fine but not worth the wait. I ordered ahead on the app so I didnāt have to wait. However, I show up 10 mins later than my food was supposed to be ready and they hadnāt even started. There was no apology just told me they got a lot of orders at once. Clearly there needs to be better management of online orders. It took over 30 mins past the original time my order was supposed to be ready, which was an hour past when I had made the order. I will not be coming back, it is not worth the wait!

We just ate there and the food was quick. Granted they are not busy at 530 pm the day before Thanksgiving. Gurgle maps first took us through the maze of the HyVee parking lot and told us it was near Taco Bell. Then to another random place in the parking lot. IT SHARES PARKING WITH CHASE BANK. It was dark and the store sign, building lights and lot lamp were not on, which did not help those from out of town and unfamiliar with the area after sundown.

I've been here three times. Each time it is really dirty with dishes piled up and food crumbs on each table. Had to resort to sitting outside since it was cleaner. Food is usually prompt, service is reasonable. Staff seems happy, but can be unprofessional - loud singing, music - makes it hard to focus if you are here to eat and work a bit.
My order is NEVER on time. And the food is prepared incorrectly most times. Disappointing experiences at this Panera.

Women's restroom needs cleaning . Dirt under rim of toilet, sink looks like hasn't been wiped down in a couple of days and ants on the floor. My service at the order counter was excellent.

Outdated tech in 2024. Digital gift cards are impossible to use at this location. Probably same with other locations. I purchased $75 gift cards and loaded to Google wallet. Can't use them yet. Manager and sales person are no help, cause they weren't trained. They only know physical gift cards.
