Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

My wife just brought this home...not a very good job of getting the crust to the edges of the tray. Quality control nonexistent! LOL. Won't be going back to this one...another Plymouth one close!

My wife and my daughter called in and order from Florence, Oregon Papa Murphy’s. It took him 35 minutes to get there. Their pizza was not done. They say it would take another 25 to 40 minutes. They did not apologize. They didn’t act like they cared. So I will not recommend the Florence Papa Murphy’s. Thank you for listening.

Regarding Oak Harbor, WA store: They put Parmesan cheese on my pizza, I did not order Parmesan. My husband and son are allergic to Parmesan, specifically tyramine, it causes vomiting and migraines. After driving 10 miles home, I saw the Parmesan on the pizza. I called to ask them to fix it, and I asked for compensation for driving back to the store, for my gas and time, thinking maybe a $10 gift card or store credit for the 20 mile round trip. The person on the phone said yes she would work it out. When I arrived back at the store, the supervisor (who is a teenager) said that since they fixed my pizza “we are even” and I said no, because I shouldn’t have to be out 40 minutes and gas $ due to their mistake. She said no, so I got upset and said I would file a complaint on Facebook/google and she laughed at me and said “go ahead, it’s just Facebook” and slammed the window in my face. Then, when I arrived home the second time I noticed the cinnamon wheel that I purchased was expired by one day. When I called to get a refund, Amanda (the teenage supervisor) told me she could not refund me by phone. However I refuse to spend another 40 minutes plus gas $ for the 20 mile round trip to get a refund I am owed. I tried working with the store to correct their errors, however they were rude and didn’t fix the problems. It’s a shame because I’ve been a customer there for decades. It’s gone way downhill since corporate took over. This young woman “supervisor” needs some serious retraining on how to treat customers.

Everyone working was delightful and efficient.

Oh my goodness I cannot say enough great things about Lacey at the Wasilla Alaska Papa Murphy's Pizza!! She went well above and beyond for my family yesterday! We frequent both the Wasilla Alaska and Palmer Alaska locations & each time we have a good experience. Yesterday we had an extra great experience! Thanks to all the Papa Murphy employees- and especially sweet Lacey!!!

your store 3479 Avenue of the Cities, Moline, IL 61265 poisoned my wife with dairy even after she ordered dairy free. So we got to spend the night in the hospital. I asked for a refund and was denied one

there pizzas used to b so good now the pepperoni is so thin and the sausage is not the big chunks it's tiny little pieces u can't even taste it I ask why they changed it he said it's more cost effective don't think I'll be buying pizzas form there anymore sad

The store on Hwy 55 & Cty Rd 24, Plymouth, Mn. is excellent!! Brianna made my screw up a very pleasant experience. She exchanged & upsized the pizza with kindness & a giggle with me!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE & IF YOU GET BRIANNA, EVEN BETTER!!
