I have lived in a dozen different locations in my life and have ordered from Pizza Hut for decades, and this is by far the worst location. They will not answer the phone ever! I’ve been having problems with them since I moved into this location six years ago. And tonight was awful. They forgot two items in my order and again they don’t answer the phone. And Pizza Hut for some reason does not have a way to let anybody know that items were missing. When you call it’s an answering service not the actual store. I called four times and the second time they said, they contacted the store and it would be to me in 15 minutes. 35 minutes went by so I called again and she had to put the order in again for me and have DoorDash deliver it. Everybody makes mistakes, I definitely do at my job. My issue is not with the mistake. It’s with what pizza has in place, or lack there of for when there is a problem or something goes wrong. Yes I’m glad I’m receiving my order two hours after I made it. but I also want a refund or a coupon for my next time. Shame on you, Pizza Hut, you should have a better system in place for when orders are wrong. If you get an order wrong through Pizza Hut, there is no correcting it. It will not happen. You’re screwed. I don’t know if management has ever been changed at this location, but it might be time. I think we can see by the ratings that’s I’m not off on this.

They now outsource their deliveries to DoorDash, and the food now either shows up late or not at all. Management offers their condolences when your pizza isn't delivered, but blames DoorDash and says that the order can't be refunded.

- The driver politely expressed the need for more drivers.
- I was told to never expect specific arrival times.
- The food was colder than room temperature.
- Other customers complained about soggy and cold wings.
- This experience wasted my time and money.
- The employees were very nice, but it sucked to have this experience.

Why are we asked to tip TWICE when paying and pickup up our meals? It is disheartening to see this tipping culture exploited and then used to make us the consumer feel bad by staff if we don’t tip them for simply making the precrafted foods.

I ordered for delivery and didn't know until after the fact that door dash would be delivering! It took a long time for it and the food was luke warm! I will never order here again! Absolute BS!

They can tell you what they can't do but help you with what they can. They will take your money but when it comes to helping you with your earned rewards, oh no!

Delivery was over an hour late. Hard to enjoy your lunch hour when the food arrives after you're back to work. I called them one hour into the delivery window being over due and the guy on the other end just verbally shrugged and said they don't hire drivers and are waiting on a courier.

Did a bulk order for pizza through them for an after-school extracurricular party, but the pizza never got delivered to the school. I found out they outsourced their delivery to Door Dash and the driver unassigned themselves from the delivery and just took the pizzas. The delivery ended up getting delayed past when it was time for the students to head home. My money got refunded, but this is clearly not acceptable.

Ordered three stuffed crust pizzas over the last two months for lunch. Placed the carry out order online and have been hot and ready when I arrive. Typically share my pie with a coworker or two and no one has ever complained. I noticed this location appears to be under a new management company as signage is present when you walk in. The lady behind the counter is nice.

Ordered pizza online to get sent to local hotel I’m staying at ordered a big New Yorker with extra cheese. Somehow it came through their side as just extra cheese so I got a $30 big New Yorker cheese pizza plus delivery when I called the store the guy laughed, would never do business that way.
