Ordered three stuffed crust pizzas over the last two months for lunch. Placed the carry out order online and have been hot and ready when I arrive. Typically share my pie with a coworker or two and no one has ever complained. I noticed this location appears to be under a new management company as signage is present when you walk in. The lady behind the counter is nice.

Ordered pizza online to get sent to local hotel I’m staying at ordered a big New Yorker with extra cheese. Somehow it came through their side as just extra cheese so I got a $30 big New Yorker cheese pizza plus delivery when I called the store the guy laughed, would never do business that way.

Took our order and never delivered even though the delivery guy knew we just placed an order and the next day when we called the guy said the manager wasn’t in but the girl who took our order left the doors open ovens on and all that. When we did talk to the manager SHE DID NOT CARE ONE BIT! Rude and will never order or recommend Pizza Hut due to this.

We placed our order and it kept getting delayed and then when it arrived THEY DIDN'T BRING THE PIZZA. Like excuse me? That's the whole point of the order. So I call over there and mo manager was available. We had to wait 90 minutes after our drinks and apps arrived for the pizza to be delivered AFTER I called to remind them we were still waiting. Then the driver literally tossed it on our front porch without even knocking or ringing the bell. Thos location os a mess and I was told that a manager would be calling to fix the situation and guess what? No call. Based on the Owner replies on their reviews, I can bet that nobody will try and fix the issue. Won't patronize this place anymore.

Just wanted to balance out some of the negative reviews. Ordered take out on Oct 22, 2023. Pizza was ready when I got there and everything was tasty. Overall a positive experience and no complaints here.

My wife and I put in a late night order for pizza and Buffalo wings and I got to say everything was amazing. From the delivery guy who's always up beat and super early or on time! To quality of food being great and having everything we ordered!Keep it up guys!

Great! Everything was great! Order from here. HahaQuality amazing, price was great for how much food you get. The New York Pizza I ordered was soooooo good and I can't get over how good the wings were! The Mild Buffalo sauce tasted amazing and the wings were cooked so good. Not soggy like how they usually are at chain restaurants. I give my experience A++! Great staff as well!

They didn’t have the crust for the Brooklyn style pizza yet … I got chicken wings that didn’t have any seasoning on them (wanted lemon pepper )
Pizza could not be eaten as it was so undercooked the crust was mushy. The was so much tease it was disgusting. She the pizza arrived 10 minutes early the grease had passed throughout the box. We tried to finish cooking it but the results we still impossible to eat. We had to throw it in the trash and has grill cheese sandwiches for our dinner. Very disappointed in Pizza Hut a normally reliable vendor with dependable quality. it will be a while before we order there again.

Our pizza was cold and doughy. When I called to complain they gave us credit for future orders. The thing is you can only use the credit at that particular store. We've moved since then and are 45 min away from that location. Besides that, with the consistent bad quality and service at that location, why would we ever order from them again?This review was from a year ago, I just felt I needed to add the reason for the 1 star. They should shut this location down.

Poor process. They get behind and people start piling up in the waiting room. No one asks your name.There were 8 people waiting for pizza. One lady had waiting 45 minutes.Poor communication. But hey at least this one is open. The Maple Grove location closed due to lack of staffing.
