I did an online order today around 11 o’clock. It said it would be done at 11:40 so I got there at 11:15 and it was not ready. I had to wait 25 to 30 more minutes. Mind you I am on my 30 minute lunch break I am picking up lunch for myself and three coworkers. The gentleman at the front counter said that I should avoid ordering on Wednesdays altogether because they have a big business that comes in and orders a big amount of food and he said he turns off the phone when they are busy like that I got my food I get back to my work. They actually forgot my food. Everybody else’s was in there but mine I called again their phones were off, so I had to wait till 2 o’clock for someone to answer they told me I could not be refunded because they cannot prove that I did not receive my order. I asked to speak to a manager. He said that they will call me around 4 o’clock or five. It is now 7:34 PM and I have not heard anything. Very unprofessional.

Work in plymouth and always order from here. But beware on Wednesdays...when I went in to pick up my order, they stated that every Wednesday they get a big order from a company that they make priority and to try and not order from them on Wednesdays at lunchtime. They also shut off their phones when they are busy.So I was missing a lunch order and was not able to go back during work or call cause their phone was off...I called later that day and they refused to refund or give me the order because I cannot prove that I did not get my food...really?!?Very poor customer service.

Tried this place for the first time going off their 4 star reviews. Got my food sesame chicken, there is way more breading than chicken in each peice. I'd prefer to get actual chucks of chicken inside the breading, not a thin strip. They were extra crispy making it hard to eat, and just not enjoyable. The sauce was good. Fried rice tasted luke oil and was very dry. Spring rolls were the worst I've had, not flavorful, more soggy and oily than crispy. If this use to be a great place, it sadly is no longer. I guess I'll just go to panda express next time.

I really liked Plymouth Garden. Something happened. Familiar faces, flavors and food quality are gone. Bummer.

How can you get new owners and the food turns to trash, with higher prices? Garbage....

Their food is fairly decent, the occasional item missed, but the reason this is a 3 instead of a 4 is because in the last year, they have forgotten the dumpling sauce five of the six times I have ordered dumplings. In one instance I paid for extra dumpling sauce, and still didn't get it.It's a small gripe, and it's minor, but it really bothers me.

I heard from my good friend that the food here is very good. My family and I wanted to try this restaurant. My family and I went to the store around 8pm. The front desk clerk was very friendly. Seeing that we were new customers, he patiently introduced the menu to me. I ordered egg drop soup, sesame chicken, barbecued pork rolls and Singapore fried rice noodles. The meal was ready in a few minutes and was very fast. I saw that their actions were very fast and neat. No store I went to before was so fast. I think the meal is in line with my personal taste. The egg drop soup is very thick, and the soup is on the lighter side. The sesame chicken I also like the sauce, the barbecued pork rolls are fried and crispy, and the rice tastes delicious. The boss and the waiter also gave us plates. We ate in the store. Overall, I am very satisfied and will take my family to eat often. Come.

Been my favorite lunch place to go for Kung Pao Chicken and Hot & Sour soup was superb for over a decade, we would go 2-3 times a month on average. Everything I had ever tried there was really good. Last week it doesn't taste the same. While it still 'looks the same' the flavor is more muted. It no longer has the same full-flavor it once had, feel dryer(less sauce) and there might be the more celery now than onions. Not a good move, they are not interchangeable. We tried it again today and unfortunately the same muted and dry taste. The Hot & Sour soup has more of a congealed, clumping cold gravy look to it (like too much cornstarch) rather than the smooth soup texture it once was. I will admit though the spice heat level is higher for the soup, which was nice, but the sour tang is almost gone and not seeing the bamboo anymore.I have heard its under new management, if this is the case I hope you go back to the flavors the place is known for and the ingredients. This place used to be the hidden gem in the West Metro and I loved going to for great flavor, no MSG, alas no longer it seems. It saddens me as this was my favorite Kung Pao in the Cities.

Terrible wait times. The woman on the phone always puts you on hold for 10+ mins and they never bother to take the order. Literally had to use my second phone to call them to remind her I am on hold. Ridiculous service. Get help is you cannot manage orders or stop taking more orders if you cannot fulfill them.

Singapore Rice Noodles were delicious. Will be a regular customer for that dish alone.

Our food tonight tasted like I was eating nothing. No flavor at all. We will be going to another place from now on.

Hate to do this, but our favorite dinner spot is no longer. Ownership changed and food quality has plummeted. Service is awful (4 out of 4 last orders were wrong). You walk in and there is a good chance one of the staff will be sleeping in the entryway. We used to spend thousands a year here, including bringing it large family events, but no more. Honestly Panda Express and LeAnn Chin across the street are so much better now. The dishes that we know have changed are:-lemon chicken-orange chicken-Singapore noodles- egg rolls-wontons-fried riceThat’s just what we know. Such a shame. Clearly they are cutting corners to make extra money, but I can tell you as a business owner that racing to the bottom to secure a quick buck is not the way to build loyalty and consistent revenue.Honestly, all you had to do was keep it the same and raise the prices and no one would have complained. Consumers get it, costs are higher. But picking worse/cheaper ingredients and then raising prices is just wrong. I understand an acquisition is costly, but don’t undermine your new endeavor by losing the 2 things that made it valuable: the quality food and the consistent and loyal customer base. Look at all of the reviews since it was acquired— clearly people are trying to tell you something. After so many years, we have to find a new favorite place instead of eating here 2-3x per month. We don’t even recommend you try it.Happy to remove this if we can get the high quality food and service back.

I’ve been going here for the last few years. And the food has been great. However, the last two times that I’ve visited here within the last 30 days there has been hair in my food. I will not return.

I used to come in all the time food was always really good and decently priced and never had a problem with our food until recently ordered our usual sweet and sour chicken and a order of egg rolls drove all the way home to find we never received our rice I called them and let them know they asked for my name and number and I was told that I would get a replacement meal for missing the rice when I went in there tonight i was told he couldn't honor it because he couldn't find his book and didn't recall our conversation so the most he could do was 50% percent off that wasn't what you offered me 2 weeks ago. So sadly I won't be coming back it's not my fault you guys messed up my order or couldn't find your book you should have just made it right and given me the free meal like you had previously promised as I wasn't going to drive 20 minutes there to just drive 20 back just for missing rice the food would have been super cold
