Best fast food burger joint around. Burgers are a little crispy, which is how I like them. Sweet potato fries were yummy. And they even have deep-fried brussel sprouts, crispy around the edges! Cynthia was my host, Warm and accommodating, she takes pride in her work. I wish this place was in my neighborhood--guess I'll have to drive to Plymouth. All 5-stars, (except AC was too cold).

Not busy at all. One person working in front. The prices are crazy, cost over 60 dollars for 3 meals and 2 drinks. The food looks decent, the burger was okay, and I did not care for their fries.

Great food, and the service was quick and very good also. We tried different items on the menu, and none of it disappointed. I would definitely recommend smash burger if your looking for a good burger place.

I was just here today and the young lady didn't even greet me as I came in and there tots had no seasoning same with the burger ? 20 dollars for a few tots like maybe 10 and a burger not really worth it then ask for a tip for what ?if you want a very average Burger that's overpriced come here

Food is okay. I wouldn't say it is worth 20 bucks for a burger, fries, and drink. What really pissed me off was that they have the audacity to ask for a tip. 18 bucks for a meal, and you can't afford to pay your employees a living wage? It makes sense why my meal took 25 minutes to make. Also,missing half of your 7 dollar fries is pretty annoying.

The only somewhat good thing about this place is that the food is not bad. However, the customer service is awful. The few times I've been there, there is a girl at the register that just stares at you until you order. She looks annoyed that she actually has to work. Makes for a bad experience.
